"Un hotel inglese molto caratteristico, la storia del piccolo edificio bianco è lunga, l'ambiente è molto bello e può camminare nel parco durante il giorno.Mi piace molto vedere la finestra del palazzo principale ～ Il set di pasti pomeriggio è ricco e delizioso. I punti di pasti, il caffè e i biglietti di vino forniti quotidianamente dal ristorante sono anche ricchi. Il livello di cena è online. Infrastrutture: in generale, non fornisce un armadio unico, è meglio ～ che il centro abbia sostituito un tipo di camera, e la seconda camera non è dotata di frigorifero. Ho appena incontrato l'estate più calda di Londra, l'hotel non ha aria condizionata, e ha chiamato l'indirizzo completo con un piccolo ascensore 😂"

"We stayed as we were going to a family party nearby therefore the location was perfect. The young man that greeted us and took us to our rooms was very polite and informative. The room was very clean comfortable bed and tea / coffee making facilities very welcoming after a long journey. The bottle of water was very much appreciated as We always have water for bed and can't usually get it in the hotels. Breakfast was very tasty cooked to our satisfaction and plenty of it. 10/10 There was just one complaint which could not have been foreseen by the owners of the hotel and that was noisy quests we think were in room one next to my niece and her family we could also hear them in our room which was no.10 loud singing and music until the very early hrs of the morning. Just a suggestion if the hotel does not have anyone on hand at night maybe a telephone no. Could be allocated in case of emergency or disturbing residents. Many thanks Christine (room 10)"

"Reception & restaurant staff were helpful, but housekeeping is rather poor : didn't replenish tea/ coffee as well as hand soap, left previous customer's hair in bath and had to be asked to clean up room. Shower is very weak, so not great for hot summer days. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant staff are cheerful and helpful. Overall ok, but not good value for money."
