Design Apartments - "Villa Arnim"

Awesome location with a lot of we wanted to see within walking distance. Our apartment was clean, cozy and enjoyable. We had to pick the house keys from a different office 3mins by car away from the appartment.

The classicistic Villa Arnim was built in 18599/60 and designed by Ferdinand von Arnim, the master-builder of the king. We spent the afternoon and one night in August and enjoyed our stay. The apartment had a living room, bed room and a kitchenette all very well appointed. The bathroom is brand new, the beds are very comfortable with high quality linens.

If I went back to Potsdam, I would use this apartment again.

We celebrated there our friend's 40th birthday! It was magical! Excellent place with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ian for going just that little step extra for the guests!

Schlafen nicht möglich - Veranstaltungen sind Discothekenbetrieb !!! Betten und Gläser in der Küche vibrieren ! Dreck . Baumängel - Hygienemängel. Defekter Kühlschrank . Keine Belüftung - kein Ventilator . Küche abgewohnt und unhygienisch - 3 Griffe klebrig . Gefährliche Einrichtung zwecks pfusch Garderober von wan gefallenn1 Shirt - Verletzungsgefahr. . Dreckige Klobürste . gerisdenes Waschbecken - Abfluss Dusche selbst freigemacht . Toilette immen eingetrocknete S.. oder Farbe ? Fehlendes Badspiegellicht . Toilettenpapier nicht benutznar ( Gelb vermutlichb vollgep. wir haben es stehen lassen sie net toll aus . 0 Service , kein Parken , gefährliches Treppenhaus. Keine Nacht geschlafen - achtung keine Ruhe oder Erholung möglich!

Wir waren am Wochenden in der Villa Arnim zur Schlössernacht. Grossartiges Grundstück direkt am Park Sanssucie. Der Garten ist sehr gross und historisch angelegt. Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet.

Die Wohnungen sind schön und ideal gelegen. Allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut unzureichend. Wir hatten zwei Appartments gebucht. Leider quischte eins der Betten extrem laut. Der Esstisch wackelte so sehr, dass man nicht daran essen konnte. Auf Rückfrage sollte dieser repariert werden. Bis zur Abreise geschah dies aber nicht. In einer Wohnung gab es keine Gläser und eine Kaffeemaschine, die auf einem Ceranherd nicht funktioniert. Eigentlich sollten wir einen kostenlosen Parkplatz erhalten, vor Ort hieß es dann, wir müssten das Auto außerhalb des Grundstücks parken. Und das "Beste", am Abend fand eine große Feier im Haus statt. Die Bässe waren bis spät in die Nacht zu hören. Schade, hier werden wir nie wieder einchecken.
