Awesome apartment! Has all utilities you need and is super comfrotable. The style is very unique and better than any hotel. The locations is great. Plus, the communication with the reception is super convenient, they help everywhere they can.

The staff at check-in was so welcoming and kind, which made me feel right at home from the start. The location is perfect, with everything nearby, and the apartment’s design is beautiful and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, and the whole experience was flawless. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed in 2 properties with Designapartments Potsdam from early March to end of May in Geschwister-Scholl Strasse and Hermann Elfing Strasse for business. The first impression: it is a stylish flat. But soon you realize it is superficial decor over quality and service. Behind my first cooker there was no tiles, just paint. As there was no cupboards or build in space 2 hoovers were kept in the corners of my living room. The cleaners come very erratically and I had to complain they do not wash the floors and removed fat spiderwebs in corners. They did remove bagged bottles from the kitchen however, for which I had paid deposits in the shop opposite. Twice there was no heating for a couple of days. I had to vacate the first flat because of a child running above from 6 am at times! The second top floor flat had a balcony next to the bedroom window where neighbors would talk until the early hours. The sofa base had no cover, just foam. I enquired if it was at the cleaners, but no. Window black out insufficient. In both flats the fridge did not cool even on the highest setting. Anything positive? The beds were comfortable. For people staying a day or so this might be OK accommodation.

Das Appartement am Neuen Garten liegt an einer Umgehungsstraße, schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel ist nicht möglich! Waschbecken im Bad verstopft, 1 Woche lang hat sich niemand darum gekümmert, obwohl wir die Agentur darum gebeten haben. Terrasse ungepflegt, nicht nutzbar, da an der Umgehungsstraße. Nicht sehr sauber. Keine Duschwand, Bad jedesmal überschwemmt, nichts zum saubermachen vor Ort. Fenster z. T. schwer zu öffnen. Wohnung ist dunkel. ABER 'Designermöbel'. Trotz Nähe zum heiligen See ist die Wohnung ihr Geld nicht wert!

Zuerst waren wir etwas zögerlich, da es einige negative Bewertungen gab, die wir im Nachhinein jedoch überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen können. Die gesamte Anlage ist unglaublich schön und voller Charme. Die Apartments sind stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, was sofort für ein Wohlfühlambiente sorgt. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Potsdam zu erkunden, ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Das Team war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich um jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Solch ein Service ist wirklich selten! Wir können die Design Apartments Potsdam ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!
