Maison Liparlati Positano

I've never made a review before about anything, however we've just got back from our stay at Maison Liparati and it was amazing! First of all, we were meant to be getting the ferry from Naples to Positano via PositanoJet, annoyingly the ferry cancelled less than 24 hours before we were meant to be arriving at the B&B which was a stressful start to our trip. Thankfully, without even asking, Andrea (the host) text us to ask if we needed any help getting to the B&B from the airport and arranged a private transfer from the airport to the B&B in less than 20 minutes, and for a really affordable price compared to others online too! Before we'd even arrived he had saved our holiday! Then when we arrived Andrea was there to greet us, he gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations and even offered to book tables and shuttle buses for restaurants which were further away. He said to text if we needed anything, it was a really warm welcome and lovely start to the holiday! The breakfast served every morning was lovely and you get so much food! The lady serving the breakfast (can't remember her name!) was really kind too. The rooms were really clean and spacious (cleaned daily), beach towels were provided too which was great. You also have a little kitchenette with a fridge which is great for storing water/beers for the room too. Centre of town was a quick 10 min walk away, but also in a really quiet and peaceful road. Lots of little shops nearby too if you do need anything. The views from the balcony are beautiful too! We had the standard room which isn't advertised with a sea view, but you can definitely still see the sea which was a nice added surprise. Even without the sea, the hills and mountains you see from the view are equally as nice! Honestly everything about this place was perfect, nothing could've made us feel more welcome or comfortable and Andrea was the nicest host we've ever had! If you're planning a trip to Positano this is 1000% the place you should stay, we can't wait to come back!

Had an amazing stay at the end of April. Tiziana was such a kind and thoughtful host. She was very detailed with making our arrival easy and great with recommendations around town. The room was spacious and cute and had a great view. From the beach it was a moderate walk with some good elevation gain or a quick bus ride two stops up the hill. Breakfast was delivered to our room daily and super tasty. Will definitely return and stay longer.

There is a local bus stop, Grara Nuova, that's only a 30 sec walk from the B&B. However, that bus stop is only served by the internal Positano bus system. Those buses run every hour or so. For someone like me who prefers to walk and not have my movement dedicated by the bus schedule, I had to walk along the busy and narrow road for about 0.25 to 1/3 of a mile to reach perimeter of the Positano center. It was rather scary to walk along the road each time as cars are driving at high speeds in both directions, but the road is only wide enough for 1 to 1.5 cars wide in certain sections. And with no sidewalks, I had to almost flatten myself along the walls or stand between parallel parked cars to let buses pass by before continuing on. Pros: Wonderful breakfast with hot items (warm croissant, eggs) and cold items (deli meat, cheese, fruit) Lovely view Large rooms Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, and cooking and eating utensils Cons: Located along busy and narrow "highway" street with no sidewalks No counter space in bathroom Small shower Terrace is shared by 3 rooms, there are plants that serve as dividers so that each room has its "own terrace," but you can still see your neighbors if they are out on the terrace at the same time.

Myself and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Angela brought us a lovely breakfast every morning and nothing was ever too much trouble. Tizi was really helpful with recommendations and booking us a taxi to the hotel. The room was really clean and amazing views over Positano. We’d really recommend staying here!

We recently returned from a trip to Positano. Our stay at Maison Liparlati was fabulous. Tiziana was an amazing hostess. She sat with us to explain where things were, arranged reservations for fantastic non- touristy dining with exceptional views, and was very helpful. Angela was amazing as well. Breakfast on the balcony was fantastic. We would definitely come back to stay. Thank you Tiziana & Angela!

Fantastic stay. Brilliant service. Tiziana was available throughout our whole stay. She booked two restaurants in the hills for us with free shuttle to and from. We had a gorgeous room with a beautiful terrace over looking the positano hills. Angela was so nice at breakfast. One morning we slept in for breakfast and Angela saw us on the balcony an hour later and arrived to the door with fresh coffee and breakfast. This was much appreciated after a late night the night before! Felt like an authentic experience in Italy. Thank you so much and we'll be back. Ciara & David

Precioso lugar, con grandes vistas, cómodo y completo. Un desayuno estupendo. La propiedad es de fácil acceso, a 10 mts del bus y a 50 mts de las escaleras. Andrea, el anfitrión, amable y predispuesto. Nos mostró cómo movernos, dónde comer y nos facilitó el transfer.Rosi prepara un desayuno exquisito.

Primera vez que viajamos a la costa amalfitana,hicimos base en Positano en este muy bonito b&b.Excelente atencion de la dueña de la estructura,la sra.Tiziana¡¡ siempre presente ante cualquier duda nuestra y muy recomendables todas sus sugerencias sobre donde comer,como .trasladarse por todos los lugares a visitar.Muy calido lugar,muy buena limpieza y muy bien ubicado( linda vista,mini marketing cerca,parada autobús a 100 más,escalera para descender al centro también cerca.En resumen,te sientes acompañado en todo momento y disfrutando del paraíso de maison lioarlati y positano.¡¡ Muchss gracias Tiziana ,por ser una persona maravillosa y hacernos sentir como si estuviéramos en casa,al igual que las muy eficientes señoras que nos servían el desayuno en el balcón del departamento.Eternamente agradecidos,gustavo y teresa.

Plus: Propere b&b waar de kamers dagelijks gepoetst werden. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Min: zeer beperkt ontbijt, hier vul je letterlijk je holle tand mee. Je krijgt zelfs geen vlees/kaas beleg, enkel choco en confituur. 1 mini pistole, 1 mini rozijnenkoek en 1 croissant. 1 yoghurt en wat beschuit. Dagelijks hier vertrokken met honger. Ook parking is hier niet aanwezig waardoor we min. 2.2km verderop moesten parkeren (±30min) stappen, alle plaatsen aan de b&b zijn enkel voor residenten.
