This hotel was so accommodating. Our family had medical emergency. We lived 3 hrs from hospital. They staff was amazing, facility was clean, and comfortable and quiet. Close to everything including the hospital I could have walked just up the road to hospital. They offer many options for breakfast hot and cold foods. It was amazing. I would Highly recommend this hotel for any of your travel needs. Big thumbs up to all the staff. Keep being awesome.

The continental breakfast was not up to standard. Everything was well maintained. The problem was the waffle turned to mush. It tasted like raw batter once syrup was added. The decaffe coffee was cold. The regular coffee was too bold for us and bitter. Oatmeal was

The property had bed bugs. I was attacked so badly I had to go to urgent care and cancel the rest of my vacation. They denied accountability and still have not refunded my stay.

We had a wonderful girls weekend! The hotel location was perfect, not too far but far enough away from the hustle of downtown! The room was great and clean, the beds were comfortable but I found the pillows too soft but that’s just me! A great experience and beautiful memories made!

The hotel and all of the facilities were clean and kept in great condition. The staff was friendly (especially the cook who made breakfast)

We picked this property specifically because they offered a shuttle in a 10 mile radius according to ******* website. We intended to use this to get to the downtown area of Portsmouth. Upon check-in, we were told they no longer have a shuttle. When I went to the room, I discovered the king bed I paid for 8 months ago was instead two double beds with no couch. The front desk staff was very sweet and explained if booked on *******, there is no guarantee and that Marriott members have priority over room selection. 30 minutes later, they were able to put us in the room we booked. If I come back to the area, I’ll stay downtown since I will now have to pay for parking or an Uber to go there now.

I enjoyed the room. It was spacious with a variety of seating options. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and had toiletries I liked the walk in shower. I find the tub showers difficult to get in and out of. The one of the things I didn’t like was that there was no hand soap for washing hands. Had to use the shower gel. Over all it was a nice stay. Wish we had been able stay longer.
