The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

離車站非常近，走路1分鐘就到，在交通上實在是太便利了，小孩也不收早餐費用，來這裡就必定要住這家~

I stayed at this premier inn because the location was good (right next to the station) and the price was also very good. It was central to where I needed to be to celebrate Christmas with friends. The stand out for me was the receptionist (who may well have been the manager as she was very efficient and seemed to be in charge!). She was so warm and friendly and efficient. Always said hello when crossing paths. A lovely way to be greeted in a hotel that can be quite a generic experience. The room was comfy and had everything I needed. I had two very good nights sleep. Some other people staying were VERY noisy but nothing the hotel could do about this, and it was in the morning when I wanted a lay in so it also wasn't an unreasonable time! Room was well equipped, vending machines in the lobby were helpful, bed comfy and all in all a very good stay which was good value for money.

We have stayed in many a Premier Inn and never have we encountered staff so lovely, helpful and happy! They were amazing with our 9 year old, bringing her colouring pictures and pens whilst us adults were chatting in the bar on an evening and service breakfast with the biggest smiles ever! We have plans to be back in the area and will definitely be coming back to stay in this hotel!

All appeared well, reception was clean, staff were friendly and leaving luggage was easy to do. Room appeared clean initially until we took the spare pillows out of the bag and one had blood on it! Reception were happy to swap it but not what you need when you’ve just settled down for the night!

Lovely atmosphere. Nice size restaurant. Food quality is good and a nice selection on the menu. Had the festive burger for dinner (recommended by charlotte), and it was fantastic! She also recommended the Dreamcatcher cocktail, which was lovely. The room was a nice size but could do with being updated. The hotel did look a little tired and dated, but a lovely place to stay, and the location is perfect! Charlotte checked us in, and she was a nice, polite team member who answered all our questions about how to get to local places. Breakfast was lovely. Nice variety of hot and cold breakfast.

Good premier inn. Plus rooms available. Has decent in house restaurant,good selection toon of food Inc GF. Breakfast selection good. Rooms clean and to a good standard. Parking can be an issue but if travelling in by train it's ideal. About 15-20 min walk to Gunwharf but close to city centre. Shout out to Harry and Charlotte who were great on reception and food service and save me a good deal on food by arranging meal deal.

This hotel is looking tired and not looked after. We were on the 5th floor and it didn’t look like the foyer outside the lifts had been cleaned for some time. The bedroom had that foisty smell about it although it was clean. Always annoying when you book a double room for 2 people and have 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel left, no phone in the room so you have to trail back down to reception. Then find you have 1 teabag, again plenty available at reception but you have to trail back down again. The plus points were the staff, they were all very friendly and helpful, no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast was plentiful and good value. The reduced parking rate for the carpark was very good. We would stay again as it is very convenient but would lower our expectations for the room.
