Our room was lovely and big with un suite, self check in was easy, breakfast was great continental had all you need, location great short walk to west strand beach and the train station and town,would diffently stay again.

Room was clean and presentable. Great bathroom. Self service breakfast wasn't great. There were Danish and chocolate croissants that were definitely days rather than hours old. Having said that there was a good selection of fruit and cereals

I booked this B&B because of the reviews. It seemed to be a quintessential Irish bed and breakfast. Not the case. They must have made recent changes. Pros: *Comfortable bed *Queen bed room was big *Nice furnishings and decor *Walking distance to the beach Cons: *Room smelled of smoke *My father's room felt like it was 85 degrees Fahrenheit upon arrival; had to problem solve ourselves because no one works on site. *No interaction with the hosts *The breakfast was grab and go items. One reviewer mentioned omelets. No, that's not the case. I visited Ireland in 2016 with my husband, and one of the best parts of the trip were the B&Bs. Yes, the attractions are fun, but it's places like these that define the Irish experience for travelers. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I work hard for my money. We won't be back.

Lovely clean B&B. Room was big with shower ensuite. Breakfast was continental. Didn't have the best first impression. Despite arriving after check in time we couldn't get up the stairs due to a laundry basket on them and laundry strewn about. Would we stay again? No. It's too impersonal. We prefer interaction with the host and a cooked breakfast.

The property was updated nicely. Everything was clean and well set up. All breakfast was all self service which worked fine. Just different. We didn’t see any staff except once and they stay onsite. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. And the hairdryer in the room didn’t work. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay with nice chats with the other guests.

Lovely little B&B - easy self check in/out. Staff was nice. Convenient location and great breakfast in the morning.

Good clean boarding house lots for breakfast but would hav loved a cooked breakfast better than continental . overall great stay

This B&B is so lovely. The attention to detail is superb. The owner is so friendly. We had a great stay. Continental breakfast with everything you could think off. Comfy beds, spacious room, free handy parking & 15 min walk into town. I would definitely recommend and we will return here again.

No staff available.never received a text with the code for the key. We ended up staying elsewhere.
