The service in the hotel was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and nice. Champagne on arrival and also for breakfast as it was my girlfriends birthday. The pool was also incredible and the beds all around the pool were so relaxing and never full up too! Breakfast was also superb! Overall the staff was what made the stay so nice, even though the property is absolutely beautiful itself!! Cannot recommend enough, if looking for a beautiful, chilled, calm stay with an amazing pool, luxurious room, 5 minutes to beach and 3 minutes to all the restaurants in Centre! Hope to be back someday!

Just got home today from an amazing stay at this hotel. We were originally supposed to be going to Greece but due to unforeseen circumstances we have to change our holiday to travel sooner, and cut it short. And that’s where this gem came in! It was booked as a package with jet2 (on the Thursday lunchtime, due to fly out Friday morning..!), friends had been to Cala D’Or before so I knew it was a nice area but I didn’t have time to research hotels/amenities nearby etc before we came. We were greeted with a glass of cava each as soon as stepped into reception. Check in was simple and quick and we were shown to our room (a hipico bungalow) which was amazing. The grounds of the hotel are spotless, the staff can’t do enough for you either they’re all so welcoming! We ate breakfast in the hotel which was always a fantastic selection, and enjoyed a couple of cocktails and lunch one day from the pool bar, which were brought to your sun loungers. The pool area was lovely, we never ever had an issue getting a bed, there were always plenty available. The location is second to none, 5 mins to the marina, 5 mins to the nearest beach, 2 mins to the main area of restaurants and bars etc. I really wish our stay was longer than 3 nights but unfortunately we had to return to England then. I would 100% return to this hotel, I’ve been blown away by the experience here and will miss it very much!

Been to Cala d'or a few times, but first stay at this hotel, and it definitely won't be the last. From arriving to sadly leaving here I can't find one negative thing to say. The hotel is gorgeous, bright, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The thing for me that made this hotel exceptional were the staff. They make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Already looking to book for next year, so see you then.

Best hotel around with the best staff too. Words cannot express how much we loved our stay here. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and cleaned/maintained to such a high level. The pool area is superb and we spent some wonderful afternoons lazing on the loungers. The breakfast is great, the fresh omelettes are great and service was so attentive. This is our second visit and we would love to return again, thank you to everyone that made our stay so great. Location is arguably and remarkably this hotels strongest point, perfectly placed for a night in the marina or the main town of Cala dor, absolutely could not be better with a great oasis to return to after.

Fantastic place, very very friendly staff who are always there to help. The hotel Manager is a particular gem. The staff here have been trained very well. Great hotel pool and spa. We enjoyed playing tennis. The buffet breakfast was good also. 5 stars!
