Very friendly staff! We were welcomed with a refreshing cocktail. Meals were fresh and excellent. Rooms were lovely and comfortable! We particularly enjoyed the fossiliferous tiles in the spacious and modern bathroom. Infinity pool and other sauna etc wonderful. The location was excellent with easy snorkeling access to the three major Caribbean marine biomes: mangroves, seagrass beds and reefs. Overall diverse plants and animals were a treat to see.

This was a great experience. It was a beautiful place and the service was amazing. Everyone from the owner to the staff was super friendly and helpful. There were troops of monkeys in the trees putting on shows all over the property. There were beautiful views. There was delicious food. The one downside is that it's a bit hard to get there from Panama City. If I had unlimited money and courage I'd take the helicopter. We took the car service, which takes a little over two hours and causes a bit of motion sickness even while dosed with Dramamine. Under no circumstances would I try to drive myself there. The roads are challenging at best. Overall, it was one of our best and most unique vacations.

Ciel y Miel- was a beautiful surprise worth every penny. It was magic the minute the gates openned to reveal the energizing views of the ocean and islands below. Hearing the sound of the birds and monkeys was very enchanting. The staff and owners knows how to make you feel special. They made my anniversary feel super special. The rooms were clean and offer all the basics. You are received with a delicious welcome cocktail. The food is delicious and the presentation apoealing to the eyes. Also, bread and desserts are baked onsite. I highly recomend this boutique hotel for couples or that person that’s looking for a quite place to write or unwind.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Ciel y Miel in Panama, and it was the perfect choice! The views were absolutely breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the beautiful beach was just a short walk however as the hotel is situated on a hill it is quite a trek coming back (going downhill is easy!) But it is a good way to burn off the calories (there is a golf cart ready to take you back and forth anyway). The friendly and welcoming owners made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

We enjoyed our time at Ciel y Miel. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views. They felt private and it was nice to have several areas on the grounds to gather as a group. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food a great deal, especially the homemade breads. We felt very safe in this secure area. The beach wasn’t private, but it didn’t feel crowded except for a major holiday. There were lots of great water activities.

The hotel It’s overpriced. They sell you a luxury suite but in reality it’s very far from it. The food was also overpriced. The first meal we had was tartar and ravioli which was very good, but then we order a $36 sea bass (if you can call it that) because it wasn’t and it was not good at all. We complain a lot of times about the sea bass which we couldn’t eat and still they charge us. We always enjoy our vacations and this was not an exception, the beach and the pool is beautiful. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place here in Panama, for this price you can get much better options.

We stayed at Ciel y Miel for 6 days in January as part of a 10-day vacation to Panama. This resort in about an hour and half from where we stayed in Casco in Old Town, Panama City. We didn't rent a car so we arranged a pick-up with the resort. The driver was really nice, came right to our hotel and drove us to the resort, it was easy and about $150 each way. The resort is beautiful and the room we stayed in was amazing. High ceilings, lot's of windows, beautiful views, and a patio with a lounge chair. It was 80 degrees everyday, so sitting outside lounging is lovely. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The resort is small and very different from the all-inclusive touristy places we've been to in the past. There are 2 hot tubs and a pool on-site. There is a beach nearby that the resort will drive you to and pick you up when requested. They are currently building a private beach club that should be done in March 2023. The food was wonderful, there is a daily menu for most meals but they will also accommodate if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. The ingredients were fresh and the chef is amazing. We live in San Francisco and love food, we were very happy with the menus, food quality and had no complaints.The service is amazing throughout the entire hotel, the servers in the restaurant are attentive, food is warm, drinks are fast. The entire resort staff is so friendly and helpful. We had a really great time, perfect for couples looking to relax.

Everything was perfect! The rooms , the view , the staff are so nice, the chef is really good and they are always happy to help you ,the beach is beautiful , the town is so colorful. Definitely will recommend this hotel

We only stayed for two nights but it was a great experience. We had breakfast prepared for us each morning directly outside our room and they even served us breakfast when we slept in quite late. The food itself was delicious and the service was great. The view from the deck is breathtaking and the deck itself has an infinity pool and jacuzzi. We saw monkeys and toucans all throughout the trees that we could see from our breakfast table and the pool. The host was very attentive and helped us with whatever we needed, he even waited for us all night to arrive as we were delayed and didn't get to the location until very late - 5:30am! He also met us at that time to help get our car up the hill to the resort. The room was well equipped with a TV and air conditioning and was very clean. Everything was exceptional.
