Hotel simplesmente perfeito ! Atendimento super cordial, atencioso e gentil, todos os funcionários super dispostos a entregar a melhor experiência! Café da manhã delicioso, com certeza o melhor q já tivemos no Brasil. Quarto lindo, moderno e aconchegante com uma varanda e rooftop incríveis. Área da piscina e praia com vistas lindas. Disponibilidade de bicicletas foi super bacana. Saímos do hotel com desejo de voltar em breve.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, it’s well designed, the rooms, pool area,spa and restaurant are all simple but very comfortable. Overall we had a really lovely time and enjoyed the hotel but there is definitely room for improvement on the service. A lot of the team don’t speak English which is not an issue but may account for the lapses in service. They are all kind and try to be helpful but it was clear that some of the customer service training is inconsistent. Some areas for significant improvement are: Arrival experience - we arrived at 4am and the welcome was not great. We were all asked to fill in forms even the 10 year old even though they could tell how tired we were and could’ve done it in the morning. It was also chaotic. Restaurant- food was hit and miss and so was the service. Dinner was particularly poor - inedible pasta and risotto . The buffet was really excellent but any ordered food or drinks Most often didn’t arrive or was very slow. Activities - there should be better information about activities- if we had known about the boat trip we would have done it especially if they gave us a bit more information. The service by the pool was excellent. The team were very helpful.Our only issue was the main pool being used by the kids club (were were with a 10 year old so we’re not anti child) but they were really noisy playing organised games and they should have gone to one of the other three kids pools.

First of all, the location of the Fasano Trancoso is really outstanding. The beach is beautiful, you can walk for hours on a almost deserted beach, there are only a few private houses. The resort is on a large piece of land and part of reserve. The layout is very nice, all rooms are spread out and this guarantees privacy. The rooms are very well designed. I recommend the Fasano bungalow, they are very large. Also the bathroom is big. There is a huge rooftop terrace where you can spend some time during day and also during might to observe the sky and the stars. The breakfast is very good, excellent fruit selection and also many other choices. Lunch and dinner is also good. Not all dishes are excellent, but you can always find some great things. And they are flexible and adapt to your preferences. What sets this resort apart is the great staff, they are all genuinely friendly and attentive and do their best to make your stay excellent. Many of them do not speak English, but they try their best to understand you. So communication is easy due to this strong dedication. Also management is often around and checks if guests are happy. I really appreciate the service provided. For me definitely one of the best hotels in Brazil, also by far one of the best Fasano. I highly recommend this hotel and will probably return soon.

Overrated and overpriced resort wannabe. Nature and location are great, villa ideas good but they extremely dark and very basic. Absolutely nothing luxurious inside The gym are one big nice , but almost empty space. For a resort you expect more activities. Services are very up down and extremely individual. Guest relation persons are super cool and tried their absolute best to make your stay great and battle to help with mistakes from colleagues.

This place is truely unbelievable and without a doubt the best in Brazil and among the best in the world for whom values comfort & luxury but also contact with nature like me. The beach of the hotel is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen and the hotel sits among a fantastic lush garden were the villas integrate perfectly. A true garden of eden by the sea full of maritacas, the little brazilian parrots, flying around ! Service is unbelievable everywhere . Professional with Bahianese soul ! What I particularly love is space. Even if the hotel is full, one is never bothered by other people as the place is huge. The main pool is gigantic and there are two or three others ( I am not sure) . The main restaurant is pure Fasano style elegance with the perfect discreet chic light at night whilst the beach restaurant by the beach is simply awsome : bare feet to eat a grilled fish looking at Itapororoca beach whilst listening to an amazing dj ( Monika the last time I was there ). Pure bliss and unique !!!
