The common areas are the main highlight of the hotel, with an oceanfront location, a large deck overlooking the sea, and bungalows in sunbathing areas. The pool is also good.
However, the room, at least mine, deserves some attention and refurbishment.

The resort is very disorganized. I arrived late for the check in due delay with my flight. I was exhausted already and when I went to the reception it was only one person there and he asked me to scan a QR code and do self check in but the browser never worked and after many tries he decided to do my check in, then he informed me that I had to pay for the full amount of the room since I had an email with the reservation confirmation saying that I had put a deposit already and only had to pay for remaining balance when I arrive at the property. I showed him that but he did not care and kept telling me that I should provide proof of payment and I told him that was the proof of payment. He let me pay for remaining balance as I forwarded the reservation confirmation to the hotel and he said that he was going to talk to his manager and let me know in the next day. We came to our room tired and just want to take a shower, grab something to eat so we could relax and get some sleep but he kept calling the room asking me to go to front desk to present a photo of my credit card statement to proof the payment of the deposit. I told him that I could not access my credit online statement because the internet of the hotel wasn’t working and he had to wait until the next day so stop to bother me. When I left the room to have dinner he kept sending me message on what’s app. I’m very pissed 😡 and upset

Hotel maravilhoso, pé na areia, piscina, toda a comodidade de se ter um restaurante à disposição, variedade de opções. Café da manhã fantástico. Quartos limpos e arejados. Terceira vez que ficamos nesse hotel, mas dessa vez percebemos que a falta de manutenção está começando a aparecer. Torneira quebrada, box entupido, mas foi tudo resolvido rapidamente. A manutenção de pintura deveria ser feita com mais frequência, pra experiência visual ser completa.

Destaque pro serviço de praia, Eva ,Taiane e Welington! Chefe Toninho excelente! Café da manhã muito bom! Precisam colocar ar condicionado no restaurante, aumentar o número de garçons, salão de jogos pras crianças, salão de beleza, aumentar o número do gazebos, melhorar a limpeza da piscina. Ponto de apoio pros garçons pro serviço de praia!

Incríveis! Local belíssimo, atendimeto melhor que resort!!! Acomodações ótimas, bem confortáveis, gastronomia excelente, o chefe é sensacional, todos os pratos são delicioso. É minha segunda visita e voltarei novamente.

Bom: o espaço comum é super bonito e bem agradável. Café da manhã tb atende bem. A praia é ótimo. O atendimento na área da piscina é bem bom. A localização é ótima.
Ruim: os quartos são extremamente velho e sem conforto além de ter bastante mosquitos. A piscina tb é velha e a água é sempre turva, além de nunca ter toalhas disponíveis mesmo o hotel estando vazio. A recreação infantil é super fraca. A brinquedoteca é ruim. Uma coisa que achei péssima é que o hotel permite day use pra quem não é hóspede.

Hotel é excelente!! Atendimento ótimo, todos os pratos que pedimos estavam sensacionais. Área de lazer é espetacular. Ficamos hospedados 7 dias. Voltaremos em breve. Super recomendo!
