Good rooms, conveniently located and most importantly Bruno the manager who made staying there a pleasure

Myself and my wife had an excellent stay recently at the 108MM. The house is beautiful and done quite well. The staff at the house were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The onsite restaurant had delicious food and quite extensive in options . The staff deserve to be recognized for the immaculate cleanliness and presentation around the entire house. Bruno and his team made us feel at home and were attentive to all our requests.

Really helpful staff sorted out our taxis and meal choices locally which was much appreciated. Room was perfect for our needs and the garden and small swimming pool a lovely extra. We tried the brunch too which was really tasty and quick. We Will be back!

A fantastic find - good value for money, a really modern, clean and stylish place to stay. The rooms were big. We had one with a view, but peering through doors during cleaning, the others we saw looked great. The pool is a welcome addition, really relaxing after a day of enjoying Porto and the restaurant provides great food and snacks if you want something poolside. The location and room are quiet though not far from the action - you can walk into Porto or use the 500 bus (which is just outside) and will get you into the centre... but if you prefer to get a taxi it is only around 3 or 4 euros. There is a supermarket a 2 minute walk away where you can stock up on provisions. The stars of the show though are Catarina and Bruno who were incredible - so friendly and helpful, they were able to assist in booking restaurants or taxis. Nothing was too much. They were amazing.

We had a great time, spent 6 days in beautiful Porto. Best kept secret in Porto. Modern, clean 10 minutes max from the center of the city. Bruno help us navigate the city and help us find different restaurants to our taste each one was great! The rooms are spacious, beds confortable will a lot of services. Stop looking you find the best place. A big thank you to all the staff.

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 7 days at 108 mm - staff, particularly Catarina and Bruno, so helpful and friendly - nothing too much trouble and gave excellent recommendations of where to eat. Hotel tastefully decorated with a lovely pool area on the upper garden terrace. Our room was very clean and well equipped and the bed was so comfortable - food excellent standard too - will be definitely booking again

The building is very modern and exceptionally clean, located 20-30 min walk from the main tourist spots, and about 20 minutes walk from the nearest Metro station (Casa da Musica - about 20 mins ride from the airport). Public transport is plentiful in Porto, and the 500 bus ran from right outside 108MM House directly to the centre (or the beach in the other direction). The tourist tram also ran from close by. The room was very spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. There was a large TV and air conditioning in the living and sleeping areas, and the kitchen was modern and well equipped. A supermarket just around the corner was great for stocking up the fridge (although the restaurants are so good in Porto, we would recommend eating out as much as possible...) We were welcomed by Bruno, who offered us a welcome drink and generously spent some time giving us directions, explaining how to get around by bus/tram/metro, recommending the best sites, and giving us some fantastic recommendations for eating out (even though we arrived AFTER his normal finishing time). Either Catarina or Bruno were on-site during the day, and both were very helpful.

We traveled from the US to Porto with a group of 6 for a business trip. We all loved the accomidations at 108MM House. The rooms are all freshly redone and very comfortable. You have your own kitchen so that you can cook if you'd like. We used the super market just down the street to purchase breakfast items. The roof top pool is stunning. The view from the pool are is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. They helped us arrange transportation, assisted with dinner reservations, and suggested sightseeing options. The hotel is close to the old city and we enjoyed exploring from out hotel. It is a longer walk to the beach area but we did it and enjoyed it. The tram and bus are available if you do not want to walk. I'm planning on another stay in Porto and will use 108MM House.

Bruno met us & helped us with our luggage. He was so friendly, helpful & welcoming, we couldn't have asked for better. He explained everything to us & gave us loads of helpful information about the area. The room was great, clean, quiet with air con. Very upmarket & comfortable. We had a room with a small balcony, too small to sit on but we went out & stood there looking at the view of the river & bridge. All balconies in Porto are small so this is normal for this area which we realised as we did some site seeing. The tram stop is 2 minutes from the apar**ent & takes 5-10 minutes to get to the very centre, its old & full of character! It's 5 euros per trip or you can pay 10 euros for 2 days of unlimited trips. The small pool on the roof is very pretty & nice to dip your toes into after all the walking! It's was my husbands 40th birthday & they were happy to accomodate my requests to put a bottle of Port and the Pastel de Nata's in our room for arrival, Bruno communicated well & was very helpful. They also surprised us with 2 glasses of bubbly for him when we returned from one of our days out which we were very grateful for & added to our wonderful stay, thank you to the lady in the restaurant who arranged this. We stayed for 3 nights & would highly recommend, they make you feel very welcome, a huge thank you to Bruno : )
