Hotel in zona Chafariz artesanato, Porto

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks on a works trip to Porto and would highly recommend. The hostel is perfectly located close to the river and Ponte Luis bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fantastic, bunks are well thought out with lovable storage, usb charging points and power sockets. The other facilities were clean and well presented - a beautiful hostel!

Bellissimo hotel boutique in grande posizione. Non mi aspettavo davvero che sarebbe stato così buono. Dal benvenuto professionale alla moderna e confortevole stanza, tutto era proprio grande! Il prezzo era piuttosto alto, ma penso che valesse la pena pagare. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, ma c'è un posto grande chiamato Maria limone amato letteralmente vicino alla porta e io consiglio di avere un po' là!

L'hotel è situato nella zona di Trindade, molto vicino alla zona turistica di Porto e a 5 minuti a piedi da Avenida Aliados. Hotel moderno e pulito con buoni servizi. Il penultimo giorno della nostra vacanza in Portogallo abbiamo avuto un incidente e il personale dell'hotel ci ha aiutato a comunicare con l'ospedale, dato che non parliamo portoghese. Personalmente consiglio questo hotel per l'ottima posizione ed i servizi, ma soprattutto per il trattamento e la qualità del personale e del servizio.

Piscina all'aperto per giornate calde fantastiche, ristorante con cibi e bevande gustosi. abbiamo comprato una gita in barca ai 7 ponti, la reception ha organizzato il viaggio per noi. camera molto pulita, abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni e la camera era già pulita quando siamo arrivati

La posizione geografica è conveniente, conveniente per andare in auto a tutti gli attrazioni e ristoranti (per andare in portoghese è molto economico) per soggiornare veloce, il servizio è buono e la stanza è anche molto pulita e confortevole, perché ci sono tre camere da letto singolo, se sono tre persone che soggiornano sarà molto più comodo di una stanza da letto grande o con letto aggiuntivo. L'unico piccolo difetto, l'isolamento del suono non è molto buono.

I arrived at the hotel on 20 November 2022 for a 5 night stay. The stay was business related and with so many hotels to choose from, I decided to go with the Porto Palacio. What an excellent choice! The hotel is absolutely brilliant - I cannot find a fault. Check-in was very smooth and on arrival to the room - wow - very modern, crisp clean sheets on the bed and a spacious room. In terms of food, the Breakfast experience was the best part of the stay for me. I have stayed in many hotels around the world - both on a personal basis and a business basis - I can honestly say that the breakfast staff at the Porto Palacio are the best I've ever come across. On arrival, I was seated quickly. On Day 1, the staff members memorised what I had that cannot be chosen by the buffet - for example, a tea and two plates (as I like two plates) - on Days 2 and for the rest of the trip, I didn't even need to ask. I was called by my Title and Surname on arrival. The whole experience was brilliant. I would like to mention a lady called Rosa and another lady (they both greet staff members at the door) - their hospitality skills are great and they are always smiling - nothing is too much for them. I didn't eat at the restaurant in the evening but had room service as personally, I like to relax after a day at the office. The food was of good quality and was tasty and piping hot. I used the gym during my stay - the gym is open to members of the public, therefore is not your usual hotel gym. It's huge - there are loads of machines and I was never waiting for someone to finish using something. Staff members are friendly. All in all - a brilliant stay and is a genuine 5 star hotel! I will return to the Porto Palacio both on a business basis and also on a personal basis - Porto looks like a great city! It's a shame that I didn't have time to look around as I had a busy schedule but I will certainly be back! Thank you!!

Le strutture sono grandi e molto moderne, il colazione è stato sorprendente e ha avuto una grande varietà di scelte.

Situato in periferia vicino al centro di Porto, e idealmente situato per godere della costa atlantica Il personale è eccellente, e ascolta se necessario. E soprattutto parlato più lingue. Le camere sono conformi alle descrizioni e il servizio viene effettuato quotidianamente. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, ci sono per tutti i gusti, zuccheri, salati, diversi tipi di pane, cereali, succo di frutta fresca... brevemente, l’embarras della scelta.

Emplacement très proche de l’aéroport. Le parking est top les places sont très larges donc pratique pour décharger les valises. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit point négatif c’est la douche et les toilettes qui sont séparés par des vitres transparentes donc niveau intimité pas top. La personne aux toilettes est visible du lit haha ! Le petit déjeuné est agréable mais pas non plus extraordinaire. Juste le nécessaire sans plus.
