Tub water pressure is low. Staffs are super nice. Quiet at night. Room is clean. Hotel is not new but the price and service is good.

The room was super clean and no smells. Everything felt new and well maintained. For the price, it feels pretty unbeatable. Would definitely stay there again.

The black receptionist not a nice person

I didn’t feel this hotel was worth the price tag. It was clean, nicely designed, and located downtown but they charge an extra $50 each night for services, don’t provide free Wi-Fi (unless you sign up for some kind of Hilton membership), and do not include parking. Also, that area is a business district. The East side of Portland is a more fun area to be based. The gym and pool were alright. Well-equipped but rather small. I’d recommend shopping around better deals on the east side of the river.

I am really disappointed about their unprofessionally service for many reasons 1.I have booked the room via trip.com as mobility hearing king room with "tub" , but what I have got is a room with shower ,so I ask the operator and he said we only have the room with shower,Then why they say that in Trip.com?Is it a lie? 2.The room has no electric kettle so I ask the operator again and then he say he will ask the house keeper bring it to me and nothing happen,so I call again the day after, and the other operater said "our hotel has no electric kettle" and I ask that how it can be? even the small and cheap hotel can prepare this,Then the house keeper bring it finally. 3.For the second night I stay (I stayed with you for 7 nights),I haven't got two bottle of water so I have to ask for this again, and the operator told that we only give you for the first night after that if you need it, you have to ask at the reception for free but if you want the house keeper bring it to yr room,It will charge 4 usd per bottle,So as I told before any other hotel in the world even the cheapest one,they will give you a couple of water per night.but I wonder Hilton has no standard about this.But Ok I ask he reception for two bottle and I found that after I check out, it charged me 12 usd for 3 bottles,How could it be? Is it about cheating & lying? 4.After I check out,this hotel charged me about 200 usd for destination charge that never mention in trip.com when I booking,So I ask for the money back,I feel much frustrated !! 5.And after that when I check my debit card,I found that this hotel charged me 385 usd again (The reception ask me when I check in ) so I have checked my Amex card and found that,It already charged full price when I book in advance ,So how can thier double charge me.Is it a mistake operation or cheating.I wonder again 6.The last but not least,I found my credit card Charged 4 usd after I check out and I doubt that what the cost again, and I realized that my friend who pick me up at the lobby ask for a bottle of water and the reception give it to her with a smile but never mention that it for sell or charged 4 usd,Is this your service? It's very insincere and disappoint me a lot. So I will never ever stay with this hotel and the other Hilton anymore and tell anyone that they shoudn't because of your unprofessional service and somehow make me think that you are cheating on yr customer and it ruin my holiday a lot

Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was delicious!

房間乾淨，空間大也蠻舒適的、早餐是簡單的美式餐點。 飛機delay半夜也能很快入住、幫忙解決住宿疑問，值得推薦

非常好，乾淨衞生，房間還有沙發，性價比很高，位置也很中心，出門安全。停車在酒店裡麪33刀，可以推薦

房間可以，服務也還可以，地理位置相當不錯，很好，Citywalk，但是剛到的時候沐浴露沒有了，然後酒店説沒來貨，在我們打電話的情況下給了幾塊香皂🧼是寵物友好酒店，大廳就有給狗狗的大水盆

Хороший отель , поселяюсь уже второй раз , но парковка очень дорого

地理位置優秀，公用停車場可以直接到達酒店大堂。

cp值很高的住宿，交通便利，推薦給有需要的旅客😃停車也很方便，飯店服務人員態度很棒，房間乾淨新穎。
