Struttura old style immersa in un bellissimo parco nei pressi del golf . Camere da ristrutturare in quanto molto datate .Soggiorno di 4 gg.Al secondo gg abbiamo dovuto richiedere con insistenza il kit cortesia in quanto praticamente assente, avendo fatto la richiesta di sera ci è stato detto che dovevamo aspettare la mattina successiva.Una ragazza alla reception ci ha portato il kit in camera, scusandosi per l inconveniente, probabilmente dopo aver compreso che non era ammissibile un tale disservizio. Non tutti i ristoranti sono fruibili, quello italiano è praticamente sempre chiuso,mentre per quello a la carte bisogna prenotarsi con anticipo altrimenti non c'è verso d cenare.Per avere un servizio in camera ci è stato risposto che ci sarebbero voluti 30 minuti a causa del numero elevato di richieste (dopo aver chiamato 2 volte all interno del room service ed una volta a quello della reception che a sua volta non riusciva a comunicare con l interno stesso). La pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare non a caso dopo la pulizia giornaliera in bagno c era ancora la presenza di capelli. Un sera al ristorante buffet un cameriere, dopo essersi rassicurato se avessimo effettuato la prenotazione (?), si è altrettanto rassicurato sul fatto di poter cenare entro i 15 minuti in quanto il buffet stava per chiudere . (sera del 15 agosto alle 21:40) ...da notare che si è poi scusato dopo che probabilmente si è reso conto d aver detto una sciocchezza visto e considerato che nel risto a buffet non era necessaria la prenotazione e che probabilmente non era stato poco carino nei modi (forse aveva fretta di terminare il servizio nell ora prestabilita). Buona la colazione ben assortita Ca va sans dire !!!

Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un ”error informático”. Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante ”ligera”), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

The owners have spent money on the hotel to improve the look and appeal, although despite this there are several things that let it down. We booked a Superior sea-view room and on arrival (our room was not ready as we were early) we were informed that, our room would be on the second floor. We were then placed on the fourth floor and were assured that it was a Superior Sea-view room. The room was tastefully decorated, but a little tired with a partial sea-view - large tree obscuring the sea and with a small bathroom. First night; beds and pillows very uncomfortable, needless to say we didn’t have any good nights sleep for the week we were there (requested pillow exchanges which didn’t help). The room was very hot, twice we reported that the AC wasn’t cooling and asked for a fan which didn’t appear. Housekeeping didn’t refill the fridge with water, nor replenish teas/coffee’s. We asked several times for more water and wondered if they were chargeable? On checking with reception, we were assured they were complimentary - after this our fridge was restocked everyday. Bathroom exchange bidet and face clothes -took them away and didn’t leave replacements). With all our negatives, the location was perfect and staff where friendly.

I'll start with the positive. The hotel grounds are beautiful. It has a lot of potential. The drinks have a good selection and the pool staff are always around providing drinks.. We booked the hotel for a babymoon a last min trip for 6 nights. We arrived on Monday was allowed to use the facilities from the moment we arrived including food and drinks. We got to our room after three and whilst it appeared lovely on initial view it wasn't. We had blood on the floor from where someone had cut their foot on a door stopper blood on the under bedsheets. Ants in our room and the sink hadn't been cleaned. We called down and it took someone 2 hours to come and sort this out.. The buffet food is the worst I have ever experienced. Is say this is an upgraded child's menu nothing fancier then that. Mostly cold and the cereal was stale. Thankfully you can book into the Italian resturant and steak House which is what we did for every evening that was slightly better just more options would have been preferable.. however this is more edible then the buffet. They have a snack back for lunch time in addition to the buffet. 3 times the ice cream self service was broken and the ice cream was slushy. The bbq area was however nice. Food again needed improvement but I have learnt this is not really their thing. The pool... don't I booked this hotel mainly as it said heated pool.....no no it's not. Its not heated at all. The manager said that there was a broken component.... Well that's been broken for the entire time we were here. It was such a shame.alas you could get in the pool which was cold but once your in your in..don't expect that to be clean either. We haven't seen one person clean the pool or attempt to clean it.. I could deal with little stones and leaves and the flying bugs. But the woodlice looking things were my limit. I wouldn't even contemplate staying here again its a straight up no. It has SOOOOOOO MUCH POTENTIAL but the staff are overwhelmed and there is an obvious reluctance to put money into this to get it to a 5 star standard they are looking for. I'd suggest this is a 3 star resort maximum
