Hotel in zona Royal Plains, Portage La Prairie

Hotel moderno, pulito, spazioso e bello. Nell'estremità della città non molto vicino per i ragazzi, ma c'è una pizza di Boston che ha fatto un buon lavoro per noi e anche una Food Hall con tre opzioni etniche di cibo che sembravano grandi. La gestione ci ha offerto un grande prezzo nelle nostre camere e ci ha anche aggiornato alle suite! La nostra unica delusione era che la piscina si fosse rotta e dovevano aspettare un giorno per ottenere la manutenzione per ripararla, che ha sconvolto i nostri piani per una festa di piscina notturna senza alcun avvertimento - un grande bum. Le dislocazioni sono inevitabili, ma è importante avere qualcuno che chiami di venire entro poche ore, soprattutto per i gruppi e le famiglie che potrebbero aver scelto l'hotel per la sua piscina.

We absolutely loved our stay atThe Best Western Plus in Winkler! We stayed in a room that had a separate bedroom with a queen bed, two queen beds in another room, which also had a pull out couch. The room was very large, and it was perfect for all the groomsmen to come to to get ready for our sons wedding. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast both mornings that we were there. The variety of foods included, waffles, fresh, bananas, fresh apples, yogurt, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, hashbrowns, farmer sausage, bacon and the list goes on. They also had a specialty coffee machine that made the most delicious cappuccinos, café, Americano’s, and espresso‘s!! The lady in charge of the breakfast went above and beyond! She truly cared for the people that she served and made it her privilege to ensure everyone that she came in contact with had what they needed. The breakfast rush was quite busy and she worked non-stop.We had friends staying with us who had a gluten allergy. They are used to going to a hotel that includes breakfast and having fruit because that is all that is available. They were absolutely thrilled to find out that they had a choice of gluten-free bread, gluten-free waffles, gluten-free muffins, and several other items to choose from.! This lady is a very valuable employee that I’m sure Best Western treasures! The front desk staff, especially on Saturday morning was extremely helpful. The girl working at the check-in. Desk was so kind to print out our son‘s vows and my husband and eyes speech. She took the time to enlarge the font, space it out and print out two copies for us! As well, she allowed our son to check in early to his hotel room that he and his bride would be spending their first night in together! On Sunday morning, my parents experienced some car trouble and we asked the front desk if we would be able to have a later check out. She was extremely accommodating and this allowed us to wait while my parents contacted CAA and made plans. This also allowed some family members along with the bride and groom to get together in one of the rooms to relive the beautiful wedding day we had had on Saturday! We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away and a large part of that was because of the “Home-base” we had in Winkler. All in all.m, if you are looking for a place to call home for a night or two, in Winkler, I would highly recommend ithat you choose The Best Western Plus!

I lost my keys when I was leaving the hotel. I called the front desk to see if they could mail me the keys and they said yes. A few hours later, I got a call from the owner and he personally drove to my house to drop off the keys. I live 1 hour away from the hotel. Thanks for the great service! Bella camera ma la finestra che dava sul corridoio principale che non si chiudeva bene era un po' strana. Il letto andava bene.
