It was good, nice view, nice people.
Unfortunately I got bite from some insects after I woke up.
Overall is perfect.

Stayed for 2 nights. The boat comes regularly and the accomodation was lovely. I suspect that I upgraded as it was the off-season. Staff were kind and accomodating regarding a late check out. Room had everything you needed, hair dryer, tea and coffee. The restaurant food was fine, but a few things were off the menu that we wanted to order. Air conditioning was good and the room had overhead fans too. The prices at the bar were more than on the mainland but it was comparable to Australia. The property is well-maintained and idyllic. The owner and her daughter seem to be patrolling and monitoring the staff (who seem more than capable of doing their jobs without being watched like a hawk - specifically the daughter). The place is beautiful and it was a wonderful experience.

Big thank you to all the beautiful staff - Annie who is such a beautiful soul at breakfast each morning, Beautiful Blanca who is an absolute superstar, Frida at the kids club who is amazing with kids, Natalie who is so organised welcoming and goes above and beyond, Kenny who hosted our tour on the lagoon Cruise who is genuinely such a nice soul, Fani at the dayspa who gave me the most beautiful facial treatment ever, Andrew driving the boat who is always helpful and smiling WE LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH AND MISS YOU ALL we stayed for 10 nights and had the most spectacular time. We knew we were at home the second we got there. Staff absolutely made our trip. The island itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are kept immaculate thank you to the amazing gardeners there, rooms always cleaned and tidied by the beautiful cleaners. We're so appreciative of our room upgrade to room number 2 which was stunning and so close to everything. Loved the pizza night, the fire show, the lagoon Cruise, the view of the island. Everything is literally perfect. We knew our daughter was so safe running around the island and sooooo glad we chose this place. Even our 2 year old daughter was sad to be leaving. When we left we felt like we were leaving our own home and family. I hope staff see this review and its passed on to all the fantastic people I've mentioned. Also big thank you to SARAH!!! WE LOVE YOU ALL FROM VASVIE, CIHAN AND LITTLE AYAANAH 💓💓💓💓

Staff were absolutely amazing, Went above and beyond. Very very tidy. Surroundings were awesome. Just absolutely beautiful. Seriously can not fault at all. Everything at your front door. Sunsets. Organising day trips has never been easier they did it all for you. 100% recommend

The peaceful, relaxing ambiance and balmy weather were what we loved most. A home away from home…we instantly felt at home the minute we arrived from the friendliest staff who couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. Our lagoon villa had amazing views and the perfect island feel to it. The gardens and surrounds were lovely and the kayaking, paddle boarding and pool were amazing. We’d definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the area.

To say this resort is one of the best is an understatement. The resort is beautiful, the people are friendly & very accommodating, the water is crystal clear for swimming & snorkeling. The food is lovely & the kids activities & massage are the best.

Where do I start - this was my second time visiting Erakor Island Resort and won't be my last time...This time we stayed with a large group of family (19 in total) for 7 days. The resort is equiped with everything you would need to do everything or nothing at all. But most of all the best part of the island is undoubtably the people. Their smiling faces and willingness to go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable makes it very hard to say goodbye. The girls (Lita, Natalie and Aunty Sarah) in the Tour Hut offer knowledgable suggestions for mainland tours etc, and Frazer is always fun. They also helped us plan a surprise birthday party for my husband and was beautifully set up by Alice. Breakfast always included a smile and flower from Annie, Fay and Johanna just to name a few. A great place to stay for families, couples and everything inbetween. Special thanks to Cherie for helping organise such a big group too.

Erakor was an absolutely stunning place to stay in the tropical paradise of Vanuatu. The staff were so accommodating for our big family group, and were able to arrange activities/mainland transfers easily. The food was great, especially the lunch menu. The highlight of the trip for me was the Melanesian feast night, as I enjoyed learning more about Vanuatu history and culture. I’d love to come back soon!

My husband and I spent an incredible few days on Erakor Island celebrating our honeymoon. They upgraded us for free to a waterfront bungalow which we absolutely loved. The staff, in particular the waiter called Cliff was outstanding. Providing such good customer service and information on the surrounding area. He was a delight and was always on hand when the drinks needed replenishing. The kayaks, paddle boards & snorkelling gear were an awesome touch to the holiday. 100% would recommend this place, once in a lifetime experience.
