Dock has boat slip tenants which access property (not the house) . outdoor security cameras on site About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great House / Dock
Had a great week with my wife and 2 young boys. Perfect / cozy house for us. Caught some snook under the docklights. Easy access to Manatee Pocket and beyond.

Perfect fishing base camp
House was as advertised great dock for my boat and easy access to the inlet. Quiet neighborhood and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay and Glen helped put us on the fish too.

April fishing trip..
Great house and the dock was new.weather didn’t cooperate til the last day then we caught several Mahi. Liked the area and couldn’t have been closer to the inlet. Great experience overall.
