"Was a lovely stay which felt like home! Everything was clean and efficient. Arrived early by noon and was granted check in with a warm welcome of chocolates and a personal note! Enjoyed a high floor on level 18 and late check out till 1pm as Elite Silver member. Would love to return here again next visit as there are tram stops, 3 supermarkets and South Melbourne Market all within walking distance.
Love the friendly service from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping staff! Everything feels so new and fresh in the hotel, well maintained and being new. Easy to call an Uber as well just a short ride to city."

"Its location is near Pan Pacific and Novotel Hotel. These 3 hotels are next to Melbourne Convention Centre. From Skybus Southcross station walk to hotel is around 20 mins. From hotel walk to Crown ****** Hotel is around the same time. Room size is big and it's like an apartment with the kitchen, dining room, washroom and bedroom. Room view is not what I expected to see the Yarra River. Will consider staying at other hotels next time."

"We stayed at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf as a family and had a fantastic time. The location is ideal — right next to DFO for shopping, with easy tram access to the city and kid-friendly spots like SEA LIFE Melbourne and the Melbourne Museum.
Our room was modern, clean, and had beautiful views of the city. The beds were super comfy, and the space worked well for a family of four, although a little more storage would’ve been helpful.
Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had great options for both kids and adults. While there's no pool or play area, the convenience, comfort, and location more than made up for it.
A great base for exploring Melbourne as a family — we’d definitely come back!"

"La posizione è buona, vicino al mercato Woolworths, Aldi e South Melbourne. Il posto è OK, il servizio non è buono, abbiamo aspettato molto tempo per entrare, siamo arrivati in ritardo e nessuno era in ufficio e non hanno ricevuto la chiamata. Ci vorrebbe un'ora per tornare indietro."

"We had an another amazing stay here. Staff warmth and approachability is a stand out. Rooms are clean and comfy. Best location for the Southbank DFO, and so many restaurants on the Yarra right outside, topped of with an easy 10 minute walk to Southern Cross station for the express airport bus."
