Buon hotel posto vicino ad omaha beach ed ai posti più interessanti dello sbarco in Normandia Camere abbastanza grandi anche se un po’ datate Bella la piscina e la zona colazione Colazione buona con una buona scelta Ristorante così così, piuttosto caro per la qualità del servizio. Meglio recarsi in uno dei tanti ristoranti della vicina cittadina di port en bessin Nel complesso consigliato

La camera superior non all'altezza. Per raggiugerla al I piano si deve attraversare la sala colazioni, bagno piccolissimo non adatto nemmeno per una persona, Da apprezzare solo i servizi in comune: piscina e golf. La colazione sembrava buona ma per via di partenza molto anticipata al mattino non abbiamo potuto apprezzare.

We were given a room in which the door to the terrace was broken. There was no doorhandle and the door couldn’t be locked. This meant that just anyone could enter our room and steal our stuff. When we went to the reception “Ines” told us she would find a solution. She never did anything and when we went back to ask again they told us there was nothing they could do. “Collin” very rudely asked what we wanted her to do and then she told us she’s no technician and no other room was available. So we just had to accept it, nothing was offered for our inconvenience. This CAN NOT happen in a hotel… We did not feel safe at all. Also our room didn’t get any robes, while others did. The hamman sauna was out of service as well. This would all not have bothered me this much, if they would just have been kinder to us…

We had a wonderful lunch and one night stay while in Omaha Beach to tour the D-Day beaches and memorials, very moving and beautiful. Bayeux was also a lovely walking town not far drive from hotel.

Property was nice and staff were nice. Disappointed because we booked this hotel with the knowledge it had a spa and massage available. More than a week before our arrival, I sent the hotel a message to see about booking a massage for my wife. I never received a response. When we arrived, I was told that the massage service was closed for the season. If the hotel had responded to my message with this information, I could’ve made other plans. Other than that, our stay was fine.

They were so nice to me. I had had the worst travel day of my life and they made me feel calm and comforted.

The hotel is nice but the room we had on the 3rd floor was small and there was an elevator only to the 2nd floor so we had to carry our bags up quite a few stairs. The bathroom was small and the tub was very high and not easy to get into. The utility bar is in the tub instead of on the outside which does not help one get in or out. The mirror in the bathroom is so high I could not see myself to use it. Our tour group had pre planned dinner there 2 nights and it was good and the staff was attentive. The breakfasts had a very good variety to choose from. Nice patio area to have a cocktail too.

If you are there to golf, it's a great place. Service is excellent. It's not close to anything you can walk to. Needs a little maintenance.

The place was great and the staff was fantastic.
Please note you need a car if staying in this area. It was very hard to get taxi’s (especially in August) and there are no Uber’s in the area.
The staff was super accommodating in helpful us get to the D Day sites we wanted to see
