This was our 5th time staying in the Flora....cant recommend it enough. Location is perfect and everything you need for a family holiday. Some nice changes this year to the breakfast area and the bar. Shout out to the staff who are so helpful and friendly, especially Jose & Francesca!

This is our fourth stay in this gem! Location is amazing, lovely pool area, perfect for families. Accommodation is a little bit dated but otherwise it’s perfect for our needs. Glad to see this year there was no shortage of sunbeds. We will be back.

Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Supermarket opposite the premises. Rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable, good storage. The weather was hotter than expected and thankfully the air con was fantastic. There was a small balcony with a table and two chairs. No issues with the shower or toilet. Staff were lovely particularly the reception staff. We would definitely return.

We tend to spend a few nights here each year before moving on to spend a few weeks in our main apartment in Puerto de Pollenca - cheaper mid-week flights almost cover the cost of the stay and give us a few extra days on the port. Very highly recommend! Such great value, in a superb location. Rooms and complex are spotlessly clean and the whole experience is fun, friendly, and welcoming. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

I’m still here as I type! I’ll admit this is not our usual choice of hotel… we usually go 4 star, but this was a last minute booking and we wanted to be near fiends who were staying nearby. But what a lovely hotel! The greeting and check in was fabulous and every staff member we’ve spoken to have been extremely pleasant … nothing seems too much trouble! The pool area is small, has limited sunbeds and is full of kids, so we won’t be staying around the pool, but the kids seem to love it! It’s not really a space for boring old farts 😀 The snack bar is quite expensive and the food OK ish! The apartment is better than expected. Great facilities and very spacious for two of us. Can’t fault it at all. Beds are firm as others have said, but that suits us. Neighbour is smoking as I type and the smell is very unpleasant. It’s a shame smoking is still permitted on the balconies. We’ve yet to explore, but the location seems to be very good. Would I return? Possibly yes for a short stay, but if I wanted a pool (which I did really) then this isn’t the hotel for me. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with it, it’s just more for families.

Just back from the Flora, had a wonderful time. Apartment was clean, great aircon and I had all I needed. I was situated overlooking the pool, which as I was on my own was wonderful , I was able to watch everyone enjoying the facilities from my balcony. I agree its not up to the minute decor but the staff and the extremely friendly atmosphere makes up for this. Staff are great, all of them, and holiday makers too were very pleasant to me, which counts a great deal when you are on your own. Will be booking again next year, most definately.

Been going to pollensa for years and was our first time here with my two children 8 and 10, we were checked in by a friendly receptionist who got up and walked us to our room which I thought was good, first impression was it was clean, we walked around the pool area and again lovely and clean. Our room was on he first floor it was spacious, clean we had a big balcony over looking the street, and it had the best air conditioning I’ve ever had. My dad and son had the bedroom they said the beds were fine, my daughter and I had the sofa beds and they were also comfy, and we had 4 extra pillows in the wardrobe which was fab and really good pillows. The pool was lovely and cool and clean, the poor bar staff were exceptional always friendly and nothing was a bother, what was so good was Pablo the entertainer he was amazing with all of the kids, playing in the pool with them he played catch with a ball with my son every day and football. It’s was my daughters birthday while we were there and they above and beyond Pablo brought out balloons and a present and the lovely bar staff guy with the beard brought a cake and candles out and the whole pool area sang happy birthday which I thought was amazing. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and we can’t wait to return.

Great location, 5 mins from the beach. Everywhere was clean, the pool, reception and bar were well looked after. The staff were friendly, especially Pablo the lifeguard, who spent all day playing games with the kids and keeping them entertained. This made my son's holiday so much fun and was really appreciated. The room was small-ish but OK for 3 of us, it was clean and had everything we needed. Only major gripe is the beds - they were the most uncomfortable things I've ever slept on, made loads of noise, kept us all awake and gave me a pain in my neck and shoulders that continued all week. My daughter said the same. It's a shame because we had a great time but I was desperate to sleep in my own bed by day 3, exhausted and necking painkillers just to cope with how uncomfortable they were.

We stayed here for three nights on the end of a week somewhere else in Mallorca. There were three of us including our 6 year old. Pros - great location 3 minutes walk from the beachfront, shops etc. Nice reception area, friendly staff, decent pool. Decent air conditioning in the room. Cons - our apartment always smelled stale and mouldy even if we let fresh air in.. The furniture is very dated and cheap. You can hear other adjoining guests flushing their toilets easily in the night. The sunbeds by the pool were tatty and you didn’t get free additional ‘beach/pool towels’ like some hotels which are changed daily. For an extra £50 a night Id recommend staying in a 4 star unlike this 3 star. I would not return here.
