Zafiro Palace Alcudia

We love Zafiro hotels! Perfect greeting on arrival, great aroma in reception area, everywhere is super clean and well maintained, staff are super friendly and safe for kids and easy access for the disabled. Absolutely recommend!

We stayed here for a week with our two children (aged 4 and 6) - room was perfect for our needs: comfortable beds, spacious, great bathroom, large balcony which had the sun in the afternoon and evening. We had breakfast included - a dazzling array of delicious buffet foods, the kitchenette in the room meant we could prepare other meals ourselves. Great choice of swimming pools and other facilities, playground for kids and 10 minute walk to the beach. Whole hotel was kept very clean and great service throughout. We hired a car for the week so we could explore other places. Would highly recommend for families looking for a luxury experience.

We have just returned from a week stay and can honestly say it was AMAZING! From the minute we checked in till we left everything was fantastic. We stayed in a suite and it was great with two young children. Plenty of room and the ability to divide off once they were in bed. Everything was spotless and everyone was so friendly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely return.

Wonderful family resort just 5-10 mins walk from Alcudia port / beach. X3 pools (x2 children focused) and x5 restaurants ((x1 buffet, X1 lunchtime pool and x3 a là carte). Resort was at max capacity for May half-term so the usual lack of sunbeds available but other than that, would definitely recommend. Food and drinks are of good quality and ingredients / brands. Staff very helpful and friendly. We've been 3 years in a row (Palma, Alcudia and Alcudia). Would definitely return, especially to Alcudia where the town is beautiful and easily reachable.

We have just returned from a 6 night break at the Zafiro Palace Alcudia. This was our first holiday in an all inclusive hotel with our son that has a peanut allergy. We selected this hotel due to the ability to use their allergen information on their website/app, it gave us reassurance that they understood how to cater for people with food allergies. We were not disappointed. Upon check in, we were issued with an allergy card for my son, showing what he was allergic to, and advised to present this at any restaurant that we ate in. Staff were amazing in making sure food was safe for him to eat, I was also made aware that he could have meals made for him specifically if required. This was again reassuring. My son had no food reactions whist here, and was able to enjoy his holiday. The hotel service was amazing throughout our stay. All staff were efficient, polite and happy. They all looked to work very hard. The hotel was immaculate, the pools were cleaned every morning, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. The grounds maintenance team looked to work hard also, the grounds are beautifully kept. The food was good and varied, and enjoyed by us all. Check in and out was smooth and efficient. We extended our check out time for a reasonable cost, we found this helpful. My daughter was unwell during our stay and we had to ask to see the doctor. The hotel staff were brilliant in helping to sort this out. The doctor was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. What was a slightly stressful situation was made a lot easier by the hotel staff's support in organising the doctor. There were activities for our children to take part in if they wanted time out from the pool. The enjoyed playing mini golf, football, table tennis and water polo. The gym looked great, although we didn't use it. I like to swim, and was pleased that there were some lanes in one of the main pools to be able to have a proper swim. If I had to make a negative comment, it would be, that both the private pools and the swim up pools were much colder in temperature than the two main pools. I'm not sure why this is, but it is definitely a noticeable difference. All in all, we had an amzing holiday in an amazing hotel. Thank you Zafiro Palace staff.

We were very excited to return to this hotel having visited in 2022. Our stay this time included my wife's parents who came along on our recommendation and were not disappointed. We all had a fantastic time and again could not fault our visit, the bar staff were truly great, the food and restaurant staff were amazing. Special thanks to the cleaners for keeping our room spotless. We cannot wait to return.

This is our second time staying at the hotel and will be back again. It’s great for the kids with great pools and entertainment
