Plenty of extra pillows and blankets throughout the home. Relax on the covered outdoor patio, with gas fire pit, TV, and 7 person hot tub. Access to grill and corn hole boards. NO FISH CLEANING ON PREMISES. Privacy fence has recently been added, so yard may be uneven in spots. You will see many varieties of wildlife, including: mosquitoes, bees, and Mayflies. The property is sprayed annually to help reduce these nuisance's. Every year, between the middle of May and lasting into July, Mayflies arrive. These insects are totally harmless. They are drawn to any light source, and will coat the sides of buildings and telephone poles. We love this house because it’s close to many fun things to do like African Safari,The Watering Hole and Zoo the Jet Express and 30 min from Cedar Point! Pool is officially closed for the 2023 season, but it is typically reopened on Memorial Day.The Clinton Reef Club is a great place to stay when visiting the Lake Erie Shores. The condo complex is a short drive from downtown Port Clinton and about a 15-minute walk along the lake on a nice day. The neighbors are friendly people, but since it is a condo, we ask that you please respect their privacy and the established quiet hours. Port Clinton has several great restaurants to choose from, but the unit has a full kitchen and cooking utensils, so you can eat-in if you prefer. The condo complex has a pool, sauna, and hot tub, but the pool doesn’t open until Memorial Day weekend. We do NOT have cable TV, but we do have YouTube TV, where you can watch live television. Kids will be happy to know that we have Disney+ and Hulu. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so prepare yourself for some exercise. The complex has a community pool, hot tub, and sauna. Pool bracelets must be worn and unfortunately lost bracelets are $25/each. The laminate flooring in the bedrooms, living room, and hallway are brand new (2022). We have smart TV’s in the living and master bedroom. There are also private balconies off the living and master bedroom. Our small lake house is just the right size for 2 couples or 4 friends! Feel free to use the grill or full kitchen. We offer a luxury bidet in our bathroom. WIFI is included with a 50in Roku smart tv located in the living room. The couch pulls out to a full bed. We also offer a washing machine with dryer.The spaceOne bedroom with a queen bed, one living room with a pullout sofa/full bed, keep in mind if you use the sleeper sofa we have a mattress topper in the bedroom closet. It is a GameChanger and makes it super comfortable, one bathroom with luxury bidet, shower, and bathtub, one living room with smart TV, full kitchen with commercial luxury coffee maker, toaster, blender, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Bicycles in shed next to house. We have a outdoor pergola with egg chair and fire pit. If you plan on having a fire, please don’t do it under the pergola.
