One of the best hotel I have ever experienced in Port Blair. I have come with my family for a trip and chosen to stay in ITC hotel as they are best in service and we'll known brand. As per my expectations they have really done a good service and made my stay comfortable.

We made a one night stay stop at welcome hotel in port Blair before taking a morning ferry to havelock. It’s perfect for a comfortable stay - - great sea view by the restaurants & bar - very kind staff : prathima & Ashmiri were the two staff that served us. They were attentive and friendly, which makes such a difference for a great stay ! - clean,comfortable and quite spacious rooms - has all the amenities you need : the pool, gym , spa etc. - good range of food for the buffet ( both dinner & breakfast) - there is also a lot of greenery around in general so it’s pretty peaceful !

The unique feature of this lovely hotel is its architecture and construction on a hill side. The lobby and reception are above the rooms and restaurants, with a beautiful garden and fantastic views of the bay from all sides. Rooms are compact with all amenities in perfect synch with the location. Wi-Fi is strong and available all over the hotel. The front office reception is superb with a discretely but chatty staff. Restaurants and the staff manning the restaurant are the gems of this hotel. My daughter and I spent two nights here mostly enjoying the lovely views from the terraced balcony of the restaurant. We checked out because we had a flight to catch with lots of reluctance

What a picturesque venue. Coconut trees and the Bay of Bengal- it was a sight to behold. The sea breeze was there throughout and it was a lovely experience. The rooms were small though. Would suggest getting a room with a balcony- Food was good; though not on par with other ITC hotels. Prathima did take care of us well. The spread in the dinner and breakfast buffet was limited. Would suggest ITC welcom for the breathtaking views- we could see Northern Bay Islands, Havelock and Ross from the restaurant , breeze and great service.

Excellent location facing the sea and overlooking North Bay Islands. A perfect place for relaxation. The staff is very courteous and the food is very good. Stayed here for 4 days and was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast had different options to choose from! The SPA is well maintained and the masseur Kamal does a very good job. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is live music in the evening 8-10 with some nice and soothing music to go with your poison! The restaurant staff Joy Kutti, Shivam and Ajitesh were very helpful. Overall a wonderful experience!!

Wonderful experience overall.. Location of the hotel and accessibility was perfect.. Especially at the restaurant, the food was excellent and was very nicely helped by Mr Ajitesh during our dinner and breakfast.. Must visit place for stay and food while visiting Port Blair!

The stay at this hotel is wonderful - one gets to experience the perfect staff who will help with anything and everything you need to a wonderful morning breakfast with a view of the sea. The rooms are well maintained and clean and the sea food options for lunch and dinner exceed expectations. Thanks a lot to Pratima, Prena, Rekha and everyone else for making our stay super comfortable.

Good property. Staff everywhere is very friendly and polite. Ready to help. View from room is great . Property is slight old though. Breakfast was very good and all restaurant staff. Special mention to Sangeetha and Ajithesh for their good service.
