Hotel in zona Ruinen bei Cervar Porat, Porec

Prima volta in Croazia e abbiamo scelto questa struttura importante a 4 stelle e devo dire che essendo in una posizione un po' fuori dal centro e vicino al mare gode di una tranquillità importante sebbene il numero di ospiti sia considerevole soprattutto in Agosto. Molto pulita, camere spaziose e ben arredate, varietà a colazione e buffet incomparabili, piscine soprattutto a sfioro sul mare meravigliosa, animazione, servizio bar ecc.. da alto livello....niente da dire .... Forse il fatto che comunque l'accesso al mare ecc... Sia aperto anche a ospiti esterni toglie un po' di esclusività alla struttura come il pagamento degli ombrelloni e degli sdrai al punto mare mi sembra brutto considerando che la quota per persona non è bassa... Piuttosto mettimi una consumazione obbligatoria... Così come il parcheggio a € 3.00 al giorno....mettimelo nella quota e basta.... comunque ci tornerei e lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto con bambini.... ottima esperienza

Abbiamo scoperto l’hotel Palazzo ormai 3 anni fa e da allora ci torniamo una o due volte l’anno. È in una posizione fronte mare invidiabile e Porec, dotato di una piccola piscina ma contemporaneamente consente il bagno in mare perchè a soli 30 m. Tranquillo, elegante e dotato di ogni confort è in grado di soddisfare ogni richiesta, dalla cucina, alla spa con ottimi massaggi, ai cocktails o per puntatina al casinó. Personale disponibile, ottima la colazione all’aperto e le impeccabili pulizie. Complimenti. Ci auguriamo peró che il prezzo non salga o dovremo rinunciarvi per rimanere più a lungo a Porec.

Siamo stati benissimo, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Da italiani, sul mangiare a buffet onestamente bisogna cercare un po’ ogni giorno qualcosa di diverso ma devo dire che non cambierei nulla perché in effetti c’era tutto. Complimenti allo staff di animazione che sono stati di una dolcezza incredibile con la nostra bimba! Torneremo sicuramente!

Only open seasonally. The staff I spoke with was from Bali and Lombok. They return to their country when the season is over or work on cruise ships. With only six room, it’s quite a cozy boutique hotel nestled in a beautiful area of Istria’s very lush and green countryside. The town is super small and quiet except for the music school where you can hear musicians practicing their skills. We were even serenaded by several singers when having dinner at one of the local restaurants. An impromptu performance that was charming. Something to remember. Of all the great hotels I stayed at during this nearly four-week biking trip, the staff here was definitely the friendliest though their English was not the most proficient. They tried so hard to please and be of service. They wanted so much to learn about us as well. Great conversations to be had. Breakfast can be eaten outdoor overlooking the valley or indoor. The weather was on my side so I went outside to enjoy the sun coming up over the valley and the fresh air. As the name indicates, the place was built in 1798 but was renovated in 2018. Beautiful rooms, modern and a bit on the eclectic side. Bright inviting colors, lots of space. The only issue I had was with the internet. It took ages and several tries to finally connect. They are proud to serve local food. Here, I got to taste the famous Skuta Sheep Milk Cheese. Everything fresh and delicious although not a lot of choices compared to most other hotels. Considering that there are only six rooms, however, it’s adequate. Nothing is far from this hotel as the walled town is minuscule. Few parking spots, most park at the church and walk to town. I came by bike so didn’t have to worry about that. It will take less than one hour to see it all. Artistic feel, medieval vibe. The day I was there, there was a small flea market in the courtyard in front of the hotel. Not sure how often that happens. Local artists were there. All in all, I would definitely return to this hotel should I be in this area again.

Darei un ”molto buono” per la proprietà perché era bella e più bella di quanto mi aspettassi. La camera era dotata di un angolo cottura e di un balcone grande davvero carino. Ero lì fuori stagione quindi non ho potuto apprezzare appieno il balcone, ma era un bel spazio all'aperto. Ciò che non è stato così positivo è stato il processo di check-in. Ho prenotato tramite ********** e su nessuna delle comunicazioni c'era il nome delle persone che noleggiavano (ora ho dimenticato il loro nome ma iniziava con una A). Ho debitamente comunicato o provato a comunicare tramite ********** come richiesto. Ho spiegato che stavo guidando da Zagabria e che avrei fatto sapere loro quando sarei atterrato in modo che sapessero quando aspettarmi. A quel punto mi hanno informato che avrei dovuto recarmi presso l'ufficio dell'agenzia di noleggio e poi farmi accompagnare presso la struttura. Era buio quando sono arrivato e l'ingresso era appena fuori da una strada principale su una strada a senso unico, essendo stato in campagna 4 ore da solo con un'auto a noleggio, questo non è stato d'aiuto. Non hanno risposto ai messaggi tramite ********** ma non mi hanno mai fornito i loro dettagli diretti, il che mi avrebbe aiutato molto. Alla fine ho dovuto chiamare un numero di telefono croato dal mio telefono inglese (non so quanto mi sia costato) e mi è stato chiesto in modo piuttosto scortese ”dove sei allora? Non hai seguito le istruzioni”. Il che sì, l'avevo fatto, solo che non sapevo se ero nel posto giusto oppure no. Il tizio era fuori a consegnare un'altra coppia alla loro proprietà e mi ha detto di aspettare e sarebbe tornato a prendermi. Cosa che ha puntualmente fatto. Ho lasciato l'auto nel loro ufficio quella prima notte perché il parcheggio non era chiaro. Tuttavia il giorno successivo ho potuto parcheggiare vicino alla proprietà, quindi è stato un bene. Sarebbero venuti a prendermi di nuovo il giorno della partenza se la mia macchina fosse stata da loro. Ciò ha avuto un impatto negativo sulle mie prime impressioni iniziali: quando ho detto che se mi avessero dato qualche informazione in più sarebbe andato tutto bene e il tizio ha detto che avrei dovuto cercarlo su Google? Ma cosa hai cercato su Google? Il processo funziona, ma sarebbe molto meglio se tutti sapessero cosa sta succedendo. Poi mi è stato dato il loro numero watsapp, che è il loro numero di telefono, ma ancora una volta, lo sai solo se lo sai! Ciò ha reso tutto molto più semplice e ho potuto inviare messaggi mentre effettuavo il check-out. Quindi, la proprietà era bella, è un'ottima posizione. Non voglio sembrare negativo, ma le cose devono essere più chiare, soprattutto quando si utilizzano piattaforme di terze parti.

Hotel “Lone” is located in a beautiful park, near the sea, about 15 minutes’ walk from the centre of the picturesque town of Rovinj. The building itself and the interior design of the hotel are a masterpiece of contemporary architecture. Hotel “Lone” is certainly one of the most beautiful hotels on the entire Adriatic coast and the only member of the “Design Hotels” group in Croatia. All public areas of the hotel, as well as the rooms, are extremely spacious, full of light, with minimalist contemporary decoration. All furniture, artwork and staff uniforms are specially designed for the hotel. Hotel “Lone” is designed as a five-star hotel. It has a large congress centre and a magnificent spa, as well as several restaurants. As there are two other very luxurious hotels in the vicinity of this hotel, which belong to the same “Maistra” hotel group, “Lone”, apart from being a congress hotel, is primarily intended for slightly younger guests and families with children. The hotel's ambience and its guests could be described with some of the following words: image conscious, business, casual luxury, wellness. The staff is very professional and efficient. During my stay, I stayed in the Premium Room, which is beautifully decorated, with all amenities. Perhaps the in-room bar offering could be slightly improved. The room also has a balcony with a view of the park. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and shower, with “Malin+Goetz” toiletries. The cleanliness is impeccable. Turn-down service is not provided for this type of room, which might be expected from a hotel of this category. As “Lone” is a very big hotel, breakfast can be a bit chaotic, but the staff really tries. The choice of food is very good. In addition, for lunch or dinner the offer of food and drinks in the hotel is diverse: there is a restaurant that specializes in burgers and is also possible to try some classic dishes of Croatian and international cuisine. In addition, the hotel also has a superb Japanese-Asian restaurant “Tekka” with an excellent offer. The wellness area extends to 1,700 square meters. As well as the entire hotel, it amazes with its decoration. Everything is perfectly maintained. Perhaps the only thing that should be provided is a more cosmetics. In short, “Lone” is a phenomenal hotel. If, by any chance, a little more attention was paid to the personalized service, as well as the food and drink offer, the hotel would certainly be one of the best in the Mediterranean.
