Hotel in zona Grada Siofoka Park, Porec

Abbiamo scoperto l’hotel Palazzo ormai 3 anni fa e da allora ci torniamo una o due volte l’anno. È in una posizione fronte mare invidiabile e Porec, dotato di una piccola piscina ma contemporaneamente consente il bagno in mare perchè a soli 30 m. Tranquillo, elegante e dotato di ogni confort è in grado di soddisfare ogni richiesta, dalla cucina, alla spa con ottimi massaggi, ai cocktails o per puntatina al casinó. Personale disponibile, ottima la colazione all’aperto e le impeccabili pulizie. Complimenti. Ci auguriamo peró che il prezzo non salga o dovremo rinunciarvi per rimanere più a lungo a Porec.

Hotel inserito in un parco in posizione comoda sia per visitare Parenzo utilizzando la pista ciclabile/pedonale lungomare (20 minuti a piedi) oppure con il trenino che passa ogni mezzora e ferma proprio davanti all'hotel al costo di 20 kune, sia per raggiungere le diverse spiagge della zona (il mare si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi), L'Hotel è risultato pulito con camere confortevoli, molto buoni i servizi offerti: Personale della Reception cortese, check in e check out effettuato in 2 minuti. Camera accogliente arredata con semplicità positivo il climatizzatore che permetteva di impostare la propria temperatura di confort, molto silenziosa non si sentivano i rumori delle camere adiacenti. Il bagno risulta ristrutturato molto bene con una doccia molto grande e comoda. Le vetrate della camera si potevano oscurare con delle tende a pannello ma hanno l’inconveniente di permettere di far entrare la luce all’alba. Le due piscine ben tenute e pulite (c’è ne anche una baby), con acqua di mare che è risulta particolarmente fredda, ombrelloni lettini e asciugamani sia a bordo piscina che per il parco sottostante con ombrelloni di paglia e amache, Sala ristorante molto ampia, colazione e cena a buffet con cibo buono e vario per ogni gusto, le bevande (vino, birra e bibite) sono comprese. Parcheggio interno a pagamento (1 € /notte). Nota negativa è che l’albergo anche se ristrutturato presenta ancora alcune barriere architettoniche che ne limitano fortemente alle persone con disabilità o con bimbi piccoli, alcuni gradini all’ingresso, per accedere agli ascensori per le camere, per accedere al ristorante agli spazi comuni e alla piscina. Direi un hotel da consigliare assolutamente anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Spero di tornarci presto!

Bella struttura immersa nella pineta su un bel promontorio. Buon livello dei servizi offerti una nota stonata è la cena a buffet : una cozzaglia di pietanze alla stregua di una mensa aziendale ! la colazione offre una buona scelta ma manca il cappuccino!! La consiglio per il rapporto qualità prezzo del periodo di bassa stagione ma non per l.alta stagione perché i prezzi raddoppiano . In questa struttura ho soggiornato più volte e la qualità e preparazione della cena è scaduta molto... Diversi camerieri non parlano italiano ed è un malus visto quanti italiani frequentano questo hotel. Un 5 stelle al cameriere Alessandro per la sua gentilezza professionalità e per il.perfetto italiano.

Siamo stati benissimo, non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Da italiani, sul mangiare a buffet onestamente bisogna cercare un po’ ogni giorno qualcosa di diverso ma devo dire che non cambierei nulla perché in effetti c’era tutto. Complimenti allo staff di animazione che sono stati di una dolcezza incredibile con la nostra bimba! Torneremo sicuramente!

Prendete una suite a due camere per una famiglia con due figli a agosto, all'altezza della stagione. Hotel 3*, ma sicuramente vale il vostro denaro, il livello di servizio è migliore di molti quattro. Caratteristiche: 1) Camere molto piccole (come negli hotel o nei vecchi edifici delle città europee di Hong Kong). Due in camera si muovono strettamente, la valigia può essere completamente sbloccato sul balcone. 2) Il letto libero non è sufficiente per tutti, quindi è necessario prendere posti comodi dalla sera o al mattino. 3) Il personale del bar nella piscina a volte trucco, lavorare senza controlli o vendere bevande a un prezzo più alto di quello nel menu. Inoltre: 1) pulire e curare tutto, compresi le camere, le zone comuni e il territorio intorno all'hotel. La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. 2) una piscina privata grande, abbastanza aperta, anche intorno ci è la propria zona verde sull'erba con le sue ombrelle o in 3) Un buon ristorante con bevande incluse nel costo del colazione e del pranzo. Durante 2 settimane di riposo, non ho avuto tempo per mangiare, cena cambia ogni sera, giovedì giorno della cucina locale. 4) I bambini mangiano pranzo gratis. Per le famiglie con bambini è solo un salvataggio. 5) Un sacco di intrattenimento gratuito tutto il giorno, dallo yoga aquagimnasty e volleyball al discoteca per bambini e spettacolo adulto di notte. 6) Bella spiaggia almeno 1 minuto dall'hotel. Non c'è bisogno di pagare per dormire sulla spiaggia - si può lasciare le cose a dormire nella piscina e andare a nuotare nel mare.

We visited as a family of five in Aug 2023 for a week. Initial impressions were great, a bag meal on arrival having missed dinner due to our flight. Day one, woke up early, lovely view from our apartment and great weather, food was ok and lots of choices for breakfast. We ate at the pool bar first day which was nice to snack on. The hotel also provides Pizza at 5pm. The three teenagers enjoyed the water sports provided, however I was a little concerned not life jackets were provided. A duo played a nice set in the evening for entertainment. The next three days we had terrible weather, this made us start to look us look at the facilities in the hotel. Although refurbished, the rooms are small, three persons in deluxe room consists of a small camp bed was not ideal. Rooms were cleaned daily, however we were left without loo roll on two days. The lighting in the corridor is not safe, having activated after you walked down the stairs from the second floor. The most shocking thing is the smell from the communal toilets, which clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks, also walking passed the gents my wife could see men doing a number one which was unpleasant. Massive lack of evening entertainment during the rest of the week, mediocre food, lack of atmosphere and a struggle to find anything to do. The pool table is awful and needs replacing, did not work. Mini club staff were sat on their phones paying no intention to anything. The all inclusive beer an d wine is poor quality and only local top shelf is served after 9pm. The lack of being able to pay for premium drinks on card was also disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Croatia unless you want to go to bed at 9pm

The hotel exceeded our expectations. An extremely organized and high-quality hotel with friendly, cordial and smiling staff who do their job professionally. The buffet food at breakfast and dinner is varied, fresh, tasty and well prepared and above average for a 3-star hotel. Various activities are organized every day. The environment of the hotel is pleasant, calm and extremely relaxing. A beautiful promenade by the sea leads to the town of Novigrad We definitely plan to return to this place.

Lovely boutique hotel right on the water. If we come back to Novigrad, we will definitely return here. The staff is very professional, courteous, polite, and helpful. Suite has – private elevator to room from lobby; sauna (which we did not use); living room with sliding glass door to deck with frig; bathroom with (very tight fit shower) and door to deck; large bedroom with shelving, safe, and sliding glass door to deck; full length of suite deck with hot tub, sunbeds, and table overlooking west view of sea. Lovely turquoise blue and white color scheme; very clean. The bed had German style individual duvets. The shower is half of the tub with a movable partial glass “door” over the tub that makes for a very tight squeeze, with a sloped tub floor down to the drain on the opposite side of the tub; the tub floor is very slippery. The water pressure is not good and the shower is hard to use.The air conditioning works very well. There is not an assigned parking space; we had to park in a very tight fit at the marina about a ten minute walk away but the car was safe. The hot tub on the deck is marvelous at sunset. Check it when you first arrive – the lid was off and the water was very cold (because the lid was off, which the hotel person did not seem to understand), so we closed it up and turned the temperature up so we could use it the next day. The breakfast is buffet, with a small selection. There is not much of anything that is healthy (low calorie / low fat) other than the cherry tomatoes used as garnish on other offerings. Fruit is “whole”, not cut up or sliced. Bread is pretty stale (sliced, not rolls). The outdoor terrace is wonderful – across the pedestrian path and in a covered glass building right on the water. The a la carte omelettes are very good. The hotel is right on the pedestrian path along the water, with a cement slab below the glass dining pavilion. The sunbeds cost 18 euros per person even for hotel guests, which does not seem appropriate given the expense of the rooms to stay there; they should be free for hotel guests. Restaurants close early! We had trouble finding restaurants open and serving food after 9 pm. There is a grocery store a few blocks away.
