"SEASCAPE" Is a stunning house in Penn Hill, Poole, Dorset. The house comes with a hot tub, BBQ and has been fully renovated to a very high standard.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests and has 3 bathrooms / showers rooms.
The house is located close to Sandbanks and is within 100 metres of an award winning bakery, Co-Op, restaurants and a wine bar. 2 off road parking spaces are provided.
There is a high end brand new kitchen with new appliances washing machine, separate tumble dryer, oven, hob and fridge freezer.

- Kitchen: new high end kitchen with direct access to the sunny garden via double doors
- Dining room: large table with bench seating and chairs
- Large lounge / bedroom 4 with TV and seating (1 double sofa bed and 1 single chair/sofa bed)
- Shower room with shower, toilet and sink (all brand new)
First Floor
- 2 X double bedrooms
- 1 ensuite bedroom (can be set up with a king size bed, 2 single beds
- Bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and sink (all brand new)

- Exceptional sunny garden
- New hot tub (extra charge of £80 for use, please let me know if you would like to use so I can ensure it is prepared for you)
