Hotel in zona Pontypridd, Pontypridd

Stayed one night to save having to leave at an ungodly hour from Liverpool for a visit to the University. Lovely welcome from Reception. The twin room was great and perfect for us. The tea and coffee making facilities are adequate, there are plenty of plug sockets and USB ports, lots of coat hangers and a luggage rack, a flat screen TV (I had no problems with it, which is unusual for me with hotel room TVs!) and a hairdryer in the room. In the bathroom were soaps, shampoos and shower gels and plenty of towels. The room was quiet and the beds really comfortable and we slept like babies! Breakfast was lovely. I had the full Welsh breakfast (minus the cockles!) there was lots of it and it was delicious! My daughter had the continental breakfast and there was a lot of choice - cereals, fruits, pastries, yoghurts, etc. I thought the breakfasts were great value for money and the restaurant staff were friendly and professional, as were all the members of the hotel staff. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at the Hilton Cardiff for four days at the end of March 2023. We really enjoyed our stay! The people at reception made us feel very welcomed, and couldn’t have been nicer! ALL of the people who work here were extremely friendly and helpful. We wanted to give a special thank you to Mark, the night manager. He was always cheerful - at the beginning AND at the end of his shift in the morning, which is not easy! He even kindly got us a bucket of ice very early one morning when my wife hurt her knee as she was stepping out of bed and the bed rolled away from her. We spoke to Mark about the incident, and hopefully, by now, they have fixed the “rolling coasters with no brakes on the box springs” problem. Mark was so kind and concerned about her fall that he checked on her twice - right after the incident and even the next day, which was the last day of our stay. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of hot and cold food offerings and was maintained to perfection by the attentive and efficient staff! The buffet was hosted by Bassam, who was very personable and interesting to talk with. The executive lounge was lovely, with beverages and a few snacks available throughout the day. There is an evening manager’s reception and some savory finger foods were offered each night. Our room had a stunning view of Cardiff Castle and the castle grounds! We would happily return to Hilton Cardiff, and we thank them for making our stay really memorable and pleasant. As a side note, we took the Cardiff Castle Ghost Tour and highly recommend it! It’s great to be able to tour the castle at night, and the two hosts were full of fun facts and historical information about the beautiful and “over the top” decor of the castle!

Il secchio per capelli è fornito nella camera da bagno condivisa e con cortina accanto a ogni letto che offre maggiore comodità e privacy. Anche se il tè e il caffè sono forniti accanto alla reception 24/7. Tuttavia, il blocco qui è il blocco della password, e il personale cambia la password spesso per prevenire i senzatetto, questo può essere buono o no, una mano offre una maggiore sicurezza, ancora, E un'altra cosa è che ho trovato un pezzo di sangue sulla foglia di letto. High price - especially when you have to pay for your overnight parking (I paid £17.00) and then if you want to have a swim it'll cost you another tenner! Cheeky buggers. Staff very pleasant and our room, although a bit 'tired' was spacious and light with a super comfy bed. Restaurant - staff again very pleasant but I was rather confused about my dinner wich consisted on half a plate of saute potatoes, a chicken schnitzel and a large bowl of cherry tomatoes. That's it. Chicken cooked perfectly, saute potatoes weren't actually saute, just deep fried slices and what I was supposed to do with so many tomatoes I have no idea but it was a pretty boring dinner and I would recommend it.

It was my first time staying here and was really surprised how peaceful it was, room was very clean, spacious and had a very comfy bed. Only a 10 min walk to the supermarket, cinema, shops and restaurants, but the best thing I found with staying at the days inn is its services and dedicated staff members. From management to the receptionists to the cleaning crew. Always met with a smile and are very welcoming. No matter what I needed I.e tea , coffee, fresh towels, fresh bedding, directions, bins, a phone charger or even just a quick chatt before heading out. If they have it it's yours. Big shout outs to Jess, Rihannon and angila who have literally gone out of their way to help me even when busy ! My experience really would not be the same without them !! A big Thankyou also to Nathan the manager for putting together such a great team and making my stay a fantastic one. In short the reason why this place is enjoyable is because of the people who take care of you in it .

My mum and I had a wonderful time staying here! We were given adjoining rooms and it was so lovely to be able to pop in and see each other, whilst also having our own lovely space to stay in! It was a great location, had more than we even thought we needed but it made the visit so comfortable and nice for us!
