The horel rooms are big and comfortable, but all fixtures and furnitures are outdated, old and not well maintained, need to do some remodeling to upgradw the furniture and fixtures

Really good hotel! If you have experienced ‘4 star international luxury/business hotels’ in provincial Indonesian cities you are in for a very pleasant surprise here. All staff I encountered were pleasing and helpful. The general features of the hotel are good, although when there is a band in the large reception level bar it is rather noisy in the rest of the lobby area. Reception efficiently arranged cars for me on several occasions. The reception staff can understand simple English and as a non-Indonesian speaker I had no problem with any requests. The Cinimon restaurant served me a very tasty and interesting nasi goreng with chicken sate. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of dishes - the fried, the spicy, omelettes, noodle and rice dishes, salads and various pastries including freshly made pancakes and waffles. There could be a wider selection of fruits, just three with only two one morning. However, an impressive breakfast offering. Room was a standard type with a shower in the bathroom. All things worked, shower good. Two large towels but no small ones. Bed comfy. Air conditioning effective. I stayed twice; first had city view and the second an small internal courtyard. The only obtrusive noise was a 4.00am called to prayer but that’s inescapable in many Indonesian cities. I heard this over two nights in the city view room but nothing in the other room I stayed in. I would happily here again.

Il Neo Hotel di Aston dovrebbe essere considerato se si cerca un soggiorno moderno e compatto nel centro di Pontianak. Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole e si è sentito strategico a causa della sua vicinanza a molti dei principali siti di Pontianak. Il personale è stato amichevole. Le camere erano piccole, ma con adeguate strutture.

La ricezione è molto amichevole, tempestiva e utile. Le camere dell'hotel erano tempestive e pulite. Il ristorante serviva prodotti tradizionali deliziosi e semplici per colazione che è stato un attratto per i viaggiatori per provare cibo locale. Il servizio spa dell'hotel è stato lodevole. La posizione dell'hotel Transera è vicino al centro città e altri negozi di intrattenimento che offrono ai residenti le scelte per le attività. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti negativi di questo hotel che vorremmo sottolineare.
