Hotel in zona O Titán protector (Vigo), Pontevedra Province

This is a fairly basic hotel very close to the centre of the city. We had 2 rooms which were both modern and clean. The lobby and reception area has a vendingachimr and some cooled sticks and snacks for sale and a seated area which is used during breakfast, which itself was fairly good with a variety of options. There is also free tea and coffee and juices throughout the day. Sadly though our stay was overshadowed by the non functioning air conditioning in our room which the only member of staff on duty was unable to fix or provide any solution. Attempting to sleep with the window open the room filled with the smell of cigarette smoke and **** hence we closed this and spent the night sweating. The only solution offered was to write to management over email, which we did but sadly never received a reply to.

Recommendabke hotel molto centro e parcheggio vicino Personale accogliente molto amabile Camere confortevoli Tutto il passeggiato della marina si trova a pochi metri, con i suoi caffetterie e terrazze. Anche i giardini della Piazza Pontevedra offrono un ambiente piacevole. Inoltre, la zona di tipici bar di vino, birre e coppe si trova abbastanza vicino

L'hotel è bello e la camera molto accogliente. Non mi piaceva molto l'insinuazione persistente della proprietaria e del suo compagno che io e la mia amica dovremmo dormire insieme per essere uomini e donne (anche quando ho chiarito che eravamo amici) ma ci siamo rimasti solo una notte. I ricevitori erano affascinanti.

Hotel tradizionale molto grande in ottima posizione. Camere ampie e bagno con bidet. Colazione normale, non eccellente. Offre servizio di lavanderia e ristorante. È possibile ricoverare le biciclette in uno spazio custodito.

Il nostro hotel è stato il più economico in tutta la nostra gita e non è stato il peggiore di tutto! Abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza in quello che sembrava essere la “nuova” zona e era spazioso, pulito e tranquillo! Il bagno era anche bellissimo e i miei amici massaggiano un bonus totale per l'esperienza! Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante e tutto è stato una grande esperienza! Abbiamo deciso di andare a buffet e era un po' di un po' di abbassato rispetto al resto delle strutture: i tostapane non funzionavano bene, la selezione dei cereali era un po' povera, ma questo è stato solo piccante!

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel qualche giorno fa e ci ha piaceto. Camera con molti dettagli, ristorante accogliente con vinoteca di cristallo, e colazione buffet abbastanza vario, (consigliando il crumble di mela). Spa che invita a una totale rilassamento. L'attenzione dei dipendenti è molto buona.Sottolineare la simpatia e professionalità del capo di reception.

Peregrinación Camino . Agencia nos busca este lugar xq admiten mascotas. Bien. Lugar:Bonito, nuevo, agradable. Recepción : Amable. Estancia: Todo bien. Menos —Faltaba papel higiénico- Nadie a quien reclamar xq no hay recepción x la tarde-noche. Tlf salta contestador. A través Agencia- se pudo solucionar. Desayuno::: Experiencia HORRIBLE. 6€ x persona( cobro x adelantando noche anterior) efectivo total 12€. —Autoservicio- Falta la cápsula de cafe en tu mesa( Alguien la utilizo) —- Fruta: mini- mandarina y zumo de pésima calidad , como el pan de molde. El rústico brillaba x su ausencia. —Toda la vajilla sucia. Te tienes que fregar tu taza si quieres desayunar. Y luego también. Ni servilletas teníamos. Personal de limpieza que pasaban x allí se las pedimos y su contestación fue::: Necesitáis algo más que nos tenemos q ir.. ( de malas maneras). —Parecía una cámara oculta. Conclusión:: No desayunar allí. En cualquier sitio del Camino se come mejor y mas barato. —-Observación: Faltan estores o cortinas en la habitación. No puedes subir las persianas xq te ves con tu vecino de enfrente. P.D-Lo que se ahorran en personar que compren un lavavajillas.

Ambiente piacevole L'hotel ha un buon ambiente, è comodo, è pulito e il personale è molto piacevole con un piccolo fallimento in un cameriere che non resta nulla a tutta l'esperienza. Cominciamo da soli in coppia e finiamo di essere famiglia con due bambini. Ci dà sicurezza sia nella piscina, parco e spiaggia davanti. Centro su una pista e molto vicino a Vilagarcia e alla stazione del treno con ciò che la macchina non è stato mosso dal garage. Ripetiamo nei prossimi anni

Cute, charming property, however the service was HORRIBLE. The owner even screamed at me! We were a group of 12 people walking the Camino. The first person of my group arrived by herself, and they didn’t want to send her a taxi as it was promised on the reservation. They said that they don’t send taxis for just one passenger, and this client Sofia, had to wait two hours for her parents to join her, and then, the hotel sent the taxi. She was by herself two hours in a restaurant without knowing what to do. The booking company never informed us that in order to receive a taxi a minimum of guests was required. The waiter at the restaurant at dinner times was distracted, mixing orders, and trying to convince one of my clients that he can’t take a Martini and a glass of wine at the same time! One or the other! Who cares! If the client pays for both drinks, the waiter is nobody to be judging a client’s drinking behavior. One of the guests requested salt three times for French fries, with no results. He finally went to another table to ask other hotel guests for the salt they had in their table. And I can continue for hours describing the lack of professionalism in this place. We are all Spanish speaking, therefore no language barrier. The owner, as I said, he was very arrogant and uneducated. I was talking to him, standing by his table, while he was eating cheese and bread. He never stopped eating and/or invited me to the table, and/or standing so he can be talking to me at the same physical level (basic rules of education); I addressed the taxi situation in addition to the fact that they left my luggage into another client’s room, making this totally inappropriate for them and for me. Can you imagine if there was something missing from our suitcase? Who is responsible? Well, this man said that it was this client’s fault to “accept” these suitcases into their room. Unbelievable!! He was one of these persons “My way or the highway.” Rooms have no AC, no elevator, and no phones! I had one towel only for two guests, and when I was in the shower, I noticed it and there was no phone to call the receptionist. The shower gel dispenser was empty. The room was not clean. When I addressed these issues to the lady in the morning at checkout (I am suspicious that she was his wife) she just said “Vale” (Ok) No apologies, she was not surprised, and she mentioned that if I wanted another towel, I should have used my cellular. I replied that making an international phone call to request a towel was totally unthinkable. Last, we were “lucky” to have the owner driving us back to the Camino. He never opened us the door, or the trunk; never helped with our luggage; he was comfortable seated by the wheel all the time. And he drove us super-fast to intimidate us. Terrible! Stay away from this place.
