I stayed in a single room for 3 nights, and the ratio quality/price is very fair! Comfortable bed, clean shared toilets and shower, very close to beautiful beach, and helpful staff. Thanks

Loved our stay at Underwater, very comfortable but rustic accommodation, great communal kitchen living space, amazing friendly staff and owners, Perfect location on the beach! Definitely would go back there!!!

We had the best experience at staying here. The location is great, Martin, the host, can reveive the prize for best host in Africa! So friendly, helping where he can and the vibe he gives you is just so heartwarming! Thank you so much for making Ponta do Ouro a wonderful experience!!

What a beautiful view we had at our beach facing room. You need nothing more in life than what is provided at a very reasonable price. We can't wait to go back.

The best place to stay if you want to be on the beach, yes 10 steps away from the beach, it's been like home for me, Elaine and Herb will do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable, there is lots to do and its always and adventure. Vitamin sea, diving , swimming fishing , surfing , the life.

Highly recommend underwater. I’m new to diving and was a solo female traveler - I had a great time. Felt safe and very looked after by staff. A huge thank you to Martin!

Wow what an experience, Martin is an amazing man and goes all out to assist you, even with the smallest of things, thank you so so much for a great vacation. The Tents are clean and organized, the kitchens are well equipped Bathrooms are clean and ready for the next person to use. easy access could get there with a normal car didn't need a 4x4. lots to see and do just walking around. the locals are all friendly. Underwater explorers is a great place to go for your break away from the hustle of working and town. Well done guys.

The host was very very kind and helpful. One of the best location in ponta de ouro, just on the beach. Room had all the commodities including fridge and microwave and hot water.

Ly little basic room was just off the huge common area with nicely equipped kitchen and several fridges for self-catering. There's a bar with bench seating and a small pool for socialising after the beach, great for solo travellers!
