The hotel should be on your must stay list. The location can’t be beat. A very short walk to the town centre for shops and restaurants. Our room was huge and very well appointed. The amenities were upscale and smelled fantastic. Plenty of room for closet space and storage. A bar fridge came in handy too. The staff are wonderful especially the man who worked the restaurant in the evenings. Well done.

Well located hotel. Excellent rehabilitation of the old building. Very friendly reception team. Relatively small room. Closet with ants. Weak breakfast. Yeast cake not fresh. Nespresso capsules for decaf only. A lot of people for little space.

Amazing hotel. Beautifully designed public spaces and bedroom. It is an iconic historic building. Unbeatable location. The staff especially the front of house are really great and I appreciated the same room allocated to us on a return visit.

I stayed at Vila Gale with a group of friends in June. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially the entrance and lobby area. We were warmly welcomed by the staff at the front desk. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shops and the ocean. Our rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful as well as the spa area with indoor pool and sauna. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There were many food options such as eggs, meat, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, juices, coffee, etc. It was a great way to start our day. We also had drinks at the Soul & Blues Bar a few times and we were very happy with the service, wine selections and snacks. On the days that we visited the hot springs, the staff at the front desk let us borrow towels from the pool area. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Vila Gale and would definitely return.

A beautiful historic building in a very convenient location. Our room was huge but the decor was rather bland and brownish. Quiet and comfortable. The hotel hadn't been open long and was far from full. The reception staff were helpful. Lovely large outdoor pool although rather cold! The breakfast was fine but nothing special but nice to have eggs cooked to order especially the omelettes. Free parking round the back.

Excelente localização, excelente estadia. Comecemos pela Simpatia e assistência de todos os colaboradores sempre com um sorriso.
