Welcome to Livron, ideally situated just 4 minutes from the city of Pontacq,13 minutes from Lourdes, 18 minutes from Pau and Tarbes, the duplex gîte is a haven of calm and tranquility ideal for a couple where I invite you to come and disconnect from everyday life and relax in a large top-of-the-range private Jacuzzi facing a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees mountain range. Composed of a ground floor, the gîte has an equipped kitchenette, a separate shower room and toilet, a table, and chairs for dining, a lounge area with a 40"4k tv, "Netflix, Youtube", a Bluetooth multimedia tower, FM and a sofa bed. A Laundry room is available with a washing machine and a dryer. Upstairs is a mezzanine bedroom with a king size bed of 180x200 where you can have the unique experience of going to bed, falling asleep and waking up with the view of the Pyrenees from your bed.
