We stop by to have a good rest during our travel from Bali to Jakarta. Found a good deal in traveloka and decided to choose this hotel over Aston chain where we usually stay. The location in city center only 10 minutes from toll exit, surrounded by many restaurants and top rated food seller, very convenient to buy meals or oleh-oleh. Check in is efficient and health protocol is superb. They put scan of peduli lindungi in the entrance, sealed towel, disposable paper glass and sealed sandals. Double bed is king size so three of us (two adults and one 8 y.o) can sleep comfortably. The room is super clean with complete toiletries, hot and cold shower, complimentary water bottles, aircon, cable TV and breakfast. We ask the staffs to pack our breakfast in the morning and they come (very fast) with decent quantity and tasty packs. We got nasi, kwetiaw, two pcs of chicken, omelette, veggies and additional two water bottles. Usually we only received nasi, one piece of chicken or egg and sides (tempe/tahu) in the same level of hotel. Another thing caught our heart is the service and hospitality from staffs. When we arrived, the security immediately came and help to park the car and bring our luggage. The receptionist and other staffs we met in the corridor and throughout the facility, all with smiles and greetings. I would say this level of service and hospitality are on the top notched and never I expect from the 2 stars hotel. This one night stay is very memorable and impressed, BIG thanks!!!

Situato nel centro della città, sia il processo di check-in che il check-out erano molto lisci e veloce. Una cosa da migliorare in questo segmento è che hanno fatto ancora una conferma e conferma riguardo alla prenotazione online effettuata tramite prenotazione diretta all'hotel. Ma come abbiamo controllato al 07.00 il caffè non era pronto, ma non è nemmeno sicuro quanto tempo sarà pronto. Non intende proseguire il servizio. Suggerisco, non offrire il caffè gratuito se non lo intende. Preferisco pagare invece di valore aggiunto, ma a nessun valore. Almeno alla mia esperienza. Il doccia gestito deve pulire quanto più di acqua di tintura rimangono pesantemente in tutti i manici. La pressione idrica è sufficiente, così come le attrezzature richieste. Ma la tovagliola sembra troppo vecchia per servire. L'odore aveva il suo forte liquido di biancheria. Meglio aggiungere la fragranza sulla superficie prima di essere conservata per i clienti. La pulizia generale della stanza era ok, molto comoda letto e culla. Ho dormito bene finora. Il parcheggio non ha biglietto e controllo. Spero che la sicurezza garantisca che tutti i veicoli parcheggiati nelle strutture dell'hotel siano molto ben garantiti. Sono dotati di un gruppo di slot per parcheggio. E se ordinate cibo o avete qualcuno che vi spedite, si metteranno al sicuro davanti all'hotel. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a causa di un paracadute di transito lungo la strada e non molte opzioni di catena hotel o hotel locale a Madiun. Astonia a Madiun, invece di 4 stelle, rinominerebbe la lobby.

Strategically located at the heart of Madiun City. Walking distance to the walking street and also night market. The hotel itself was abit old, but it was worth the price. It was a non smoking room, good thing is there is smoking spot right infront of each rooms.

La prenotazione includeva wifi ma nessun wifi nella nostra stanza. Dopo qualche giorno è stato trasferito in un'altra stanza ma doveva pagare il 50% di più. Dopo un altro giorno è stato trasferito di nuovo e ha sbarazzato il wifi ogni pochi minuti. Pittura inchiostro di pareti in tutte le camere e bar, Nice colazione indonesiana tutto freddo. Quando si chiedeva perché: ”Non avevano carburante per mantenere caldo i panni alimentari” non potevamo lasciare l'hotel perché avevamo pagato per 10 giorni.Nessuno dovrebbe stare in questo orribile hotel
