L'organizzazione non è in grado di gestire la piscina: gli asciugamani sui lettini che dovrebbero restarci per mezz'ora, restano sui lettini per buona parte del giorno. Non c'è verifica di chi entra in hotel dalla spiaggia: entrano anche persone non dell'hotel. Non si sa quante persone ci sono in hotel.

Clean, Beachfront Hotel – But Not for British Holidaymakers I'll start by saying the hotel is absolutely spotless – a solid 10/10 for cleanliness. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the resort. That said, this could be an amazing family destination if it catered to British guests. Unfortunately, everything seemed geared entirely toward Spanish and German visitors. The entertainment was very poor, with not a single English word spoken or any English music played during our stay. The food looked great visually, but sadly it lacked flavour and was quite bland. The lifeguards didn’t seem very attentive either – they mostly sat together in the corner of the pool area on their phones, rather than watching the swimmers. As for the sunbeds, while there are plenty, they’re crammed in so tightly there's no room to move or relax comfortably. It felt extremely overcrowded – and that was before the UK school holidays even began (perhaps the Spanish holidays had started?). In short, if you're a British family or couple looking for a more tailored experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. It's a shame because the hotel itself is in a perfect location, right on the beach, and is immaculately clean.

What a fantastic hotel, superb spacious rooms with large balcony , food choice was excellent, themed nights in the restaurant, plenty of sunbeds around the pool and amazing staff to help with any concerns. Would highly recommend staying here, direct access to the amazing beach via a gate at the rear of the pool area, just swipe yourself in and out, mini golf , chess and table tennis available too

We stayed here in June friendly staff clean hotel has everything the hotel on the beach ,food was very good lots of choices ,from fish ,prawns crabs salad stew beef chicken curry spaghetti pizza pork knuckle wok kitchen ,pancakes lists goes on and on cannot get bored with the food everyday different dishes ,one of the best places I’ve stayed that’s had food this good .normally after a few days eating out .highly recommend great location bars local see my videos of the hotel and areas on YouTube paradiseworldvideos …..you cannot go wrong with this hotel .

With one day left , I thought I'd write a review. We stayed as a family of 4, our two girls aged 13 and 10. Cant believe some of the negative reviews, we have had the best stay!. The whole place is spotless, rooms cleaned everyday, always clean by the pool area. The first couple of days we did go down to the pool at 9am to grab sunbeds and umbrellas but with 4 of us we needed to make sure we had some shade and could all sit together. As long as you're down by 10am, it shouldn't be a problem, it does get busy though!. The staff are very friendly and polite, if you need anything, you just have to ask. Restaurant does get busy , but we always found somewhere to sit. Highly recommend the pedalos, although they are only open depending on the wind. Loads to do outside the hotel if thats what you're after. Entertainment is more spanish oriented but you're in Spain! Bizarre how people complain its too spanish!. Our room (232) was perfect. Very spacious, and comfortable. Great to have a fridge , especially as we liked to make a tea before going to bed!. We will miss hotel best as its been the 'best holiday. Thank you.

We had a fantastic all-inclusive stay at this hotel in Almería. The entire property, including the pool area, was very tidy and well maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. There were always plenty of sunbeds available, which made lounging by the pool stress-free. The food was another highlight—there was a great variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with something different each day to enjoy. You can hire sunbed towels for 10euro each, which is a refundable deposit. Cocktails are on offer, however there is an extra charge for the ones that include alcohol. There isnt an abundance of things to do outside of the hotel, however if like us, you came to just chill, then this isnt too much of an issue.

We have just got back from a week at this hotel and we had a great time. The rooms were clean and quite big for the four of us, the beds were comfortable but we asked for extra blankets as the air con made it quite cold at night but we would rather have an extra blanket than be too hot! As others have said it's very Spanish and the staff don't always speak English but we always managed to communicate with each other so it wasn't a problem. The pool does get very busy but we always managed to get sunbeds and we also found that it was a lot quieter between 2pm until 5pm. The restaurant was very busy but if you go when it opens it's usually a bit quieter. We also found that people didn't like to queue for food but it was fine. If you go with Jet2 then they do explain how things usually open later etc in the welcome pack and what to expect but we knew this beforehand anyway. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, people complaining that it's too Spanish when they are literally in Spain is crazy to me! The hotel is literally on the beach and has it's own access but it's a pebble beach not sandy so we didn't spend a lot of time there. The sunbeds were a reasonable price if you want to stay the whole day. We visited Castello de Santa Ana and Plaza del Toro which were free to enter and was nice to see a bit of Spanish Culture. The hotel staff helped us call for Taxis when we needed them and were very helpful. We enjoyed our week ☀️

Very enjoyable stay. It was always possible to find a sun lounger if you go beyond the immediate pool area . The food was good, varied and plentiful. Yes the hotel and resort is very Spanish orientated compared to some of the more popular resorts but we found everyone friendly and staff helpful.

If you’re expecting a fun holiday then don’t go here. We have just got back and found the majority of the staff rude and obnoxious. They were very anti-english. Bar staff and restaurant staff in particular. Plates in the restaurant were always dirty and had to go through them to find a clean one. Food was luke warm and repetitive. We ended up eating out after the 2nd night and we were all inclusive. We had a sea view room and while the view was lovely, the room was old and tired. Cleaning was poor with the balcony left unwashed and the bin in the bathroom left 3-4 times. Trying to get a drink in the one and only bar was ridiculous as they favoured the Spanish guests. Pool staff were more interested in chatting with each other than keeping an eye on guests. There were a few people smoking and were told off but only English holidaymakers. If you’re looking for a lovely fun family friendly break then unfortunately I would recommend not going here. Absolutely gutted as we work hard to get our one holiday a year.
