i enjoyed my stay there the ladies serving me were so professional ,suggesting different meals for the day and the waiting time was good too i can only suggest that in your meals please add pap/phuthu and braai meat or wors we zulu guys love it a lot especially on weekends.

It's a truck stop .service is terrible. Staff don't care about clients. The rooms equipment have dirty marks. It's bad

During the stay I had a challenge with the room that was allocated to me. The show did not have cold water as the tap was not opening which I had to use the sink to be able to attend the meeting. The next day no water was available, and no notice was given to have an alternative plan. The room was full of cockroaches and please fumigate the rooms as I end up buying doom on he next day.

I had awesome stay at Pongola Country Lodge, the service was excellent from the man at the gate, Reception and to the room. The room was excellent and clean, bathroom was clean and tidy. I got a deserved rest as I had a long day on the road. In the morning everything went well until I left Pongola Country Lodge. Overall, the service was excellent, and I will recommend anyone to use Pongola Country Lodge.

Couldn't sleep because of cockroaches roaming everywhere in the room, reported the next morning at the reception but nothing was done. The whole four nights was a terrible experience. Food was great but breakfast had no filter coffee the last three days

arrived a few minutes after dinner closed and the staff were rude and not flexible and I explained that I tried calling but their line wasn't going through. Sooo, after 6 hours driving I slept on an empty stomach. Upon ordering a lunch pack, was told I was meant to order it the previous night... back and forth between reception and the kitchen, lunch pack order was put through, 45 minutes later it wasn't ready. So I left

A had a great time though it rained heavily so I couldn't stay longer.... The food was nice by the kitchen. Due to the heavy rains... I couldn't explore the beautiful yard as well as the swimming pool. Staff was very welcoming, esp. The males
