This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist.
The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too.

The hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are nice i. E. At par with 5-star properties and that's where all the good things end. The hotel advertised a lounge and a rooftop restaurant but both were missing. A big chunk of the staff don't understand and speak english or hindi, hence communication was a problem. The complimentary breakfast was really bad both options and taste-wise. The room service food tasted okayish but the portions were too low. The restaurant's operation hours was too short, they asked us to place dinner order by 9:20 pm. They had good wifi but we had to call reception every day to ask for some codes to log in to the internet.

The stay was pleasant and they even provided us early check-in (as per the availability of the room) . The staffs behaved well and were kind. The place is walkable to whitetown streets and beach. overall a very good value for money stay.

AAJITHASono venuto a festeggiare il mio compleanno e ho avuto un bel tempo.Tutti sorridono di te. Anche loro hanno un torto.
Pro:
-Il servizio è super veloce e si sente come il lusso.
- La piscina interna era grande e molto pulita.
- La giornata ha avuto dei formatori.
- La colazione era enorme con veg e non veg.
-centro della città ancora così tranquillo
- Il letto è enorme e le camere sono spaziose
- iPad con molta alta tecnologia
- Espresso doveva farlo, ma vi daranno aiuto.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente sono rimasto a Benvenuto Grand Residence, ed è stata un'eccellente esperienza da parte del tempo, le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute, fornendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso. I letti erano molto confortevoli, e le strutture erano state fornite con pensiero, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La cosa che si è resa veramente eccezionale è stata l’ospitalità, il personale era incredibilmente caldo e accogliente, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso. Da un processo di check-in senza problemi al loro servizio immediato, tutto era gestito in modo efficiente. La manutenzione di casa era di prima qualità, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e aveva tutte le comodità che potevamo chiedere, compresa una bella vista sull'area circostante. Il ristorante sul posto ha servito deliziosi pasti, con una vasta gamma di piatti locali e internazionali da scegliere. Abbiamo certamente goduto il nostro soggiorno e lo consigliereremmo molto a chiunque visita il ponchierry!

JJays BackpackIt's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice.

UUtente ospiteMy experience at arunik inn was good. The room was tidy and best thing is that staff is very friendly. The accomodation is as-lo very close to beach and we can walk to beach whenever we feel like going. It is also very budget friendly.
