Excellant Hospitality, prompt service specially from Suresh Raina...but Toilets need to improve drastically to come upto a minimum standard

Location is prime, but the room wasn't clean enough to what being shown in images at the time of booking. Washroom was really not clean. Also mosquitoes were there. The towel provided was not clean enough to use. Overall hygiene was the main concern. Seeing the price range and area i would say its an average for staying.

Location and overall experience was good but the hospitality was bad they charged us for cleaning the room and also clean up properly bedsheet pillow covers were dirty bathroom was in horrible condition. No

Rooms are not all good, we stayed on 106 and its worse and one side wash room water leaking and on top floor water drops are falling down in your washroom. Also room smeel was very bad

Good choice in white town. It’s near all visiting places in puducherry and not expensive prices at there. Better to choose

Location is good (near to beach). Nothing else worth the money like cleaning, ambiance, rooms etc. It is too costly.

Room service is not up to the mark, unhygienic mattress in rooms, room quality is bad and bad smell. Staff was willing to support but owner was not helping, fans not worked owner told electrican is coming but never came for 3 days, ac was not up the mark
