beds were not comfortable enough.. and there is no cooler . TV is old. it was ok but not enough. there are still mosquitos in a ac room. could be better.

Good for family stay and room attendent are very kind. Wakable distance from rock beach, promenade beach and rail way station but there is no lift because of four storeyed building.

We are group of 4. They have given room in 3rd floor. There is no lift and it's 4 cot bed which is good but there are mosquitoes and bed bugs due to which we didn't sleep properly. Other than that all good. It is located in quite busy place. It has good car parking space. Staff were polite

Very poor room condition. Photos are misleading. Not worth at all. I couldn't sleep the whole night due to bed bugs. I literally sat on the plastic chair for 5 hours trying to get some sleep while sitting. Do not book this hotel

The room was filthy and bore no resemblance to the pictures shown in the app. It was by far the worst stay we’ve ever experienced, completely ruining our trip. Everything was outdated, and the walls were marred by seepage, making the room feel like it was 15-20 years old. It was certainly not worth the price they charged. We thought about leaving, but with the long weekend’s high demand, no other accommodations were available

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel fell short of expectations. The television was non-functional, and basic amenities such as water, glasses, chairs, and a cupboard were missing from the room. Additionally, the bedside electric points were not operational, and the washroom lacked cleanliness and lacked an exhaust fan. Furthermore, communication was challenging due to a language barrier, as the staff did not speak english or hindi. Regrettably, based on these observations, i cannot recommend this hotel for accommodation.
