Yes it’s expensive and yes it’s becoming even more expensive based on our 2025 price for IKOS Aria but WOW! From the moment your private transfer arrives and you walk through the doors the beautiful experience begins. The smells throughout the hotel are like walking into a spa. Everywhere is spotless, the staff are amazing (ALL OF THEM), any mistakes are dealt with professionally and promptly. It won’t take you long to realise that it’s worth every penny. The food in every restaurant was of the highest quality. It really was like eating in a fine dining establishment 3 times a day. My only complaint is unfortunately with other people who live in an entitled bubble of self importance and lack any manners. I wish the staff would be given the power to “politely” ask people when dining not to stick iPads in front their kids on full volume as it spoils the beautiful ambience. I have kids so know full well how challenging it can be but I cannot believe the amount of people who carry out video calls to friends back home on full volume and let their kids run about without keeping an eye on them. The hotel is for everyone guys not just you and your little “Magnus” or “Magenta” The service we received from poolside was top notch. “Jenny” was sooo helpful and worked so hard. It took several days to get a decent rum and coke though as I kept getting either flat coke or diet. You only get white rum unless you are deluxe. Would be nice to get the Havana 7 and I did ask on several occasions. Beach area was great. Free paddle boarding, pedalo and canoes. The jet ski hire wasn’t cheap but very fast and again, an amazing experience. The activities company at the end of the beach were amazing and recommended the most amazing boat trip we did which was one of the most beautiful experiences we have ever had as a family. Full day Kavourotrypes Beach trip with Lux Sea Cruises was simply heaven. White party on Friday is great fun and cool tunes from the DJ and saxophonist. The buffet and evening bar areas are the most amazing place to chill after your meal and meet friends and let the kids play on the beach. Don’t miss out on your day with the Tesla. We explored some of the campsites with facilities down the Sithonia peninsula and the hotel gave us the most amazing packed lunch with anything we wanted. Wraps, donuts, fruit, wine, water etc. What a great way to explore the area. The buffet was the best we have ever experienced at any hotel. Extremely varied and plentiful. If you can get someone to look after the kids then take advantage of breakfast in the adults only breakfast restaurant which was amazing. Overall it is simply one of the best resorts we have ever experienced so we booked IKOS Aria on Kos for 2025. Price has gone up considerably though! It might still be worth it for unparalleled luxury and gold standard service from amazing staff!

This was our seventh vacation at Ikos Resorts and our fifth time at Ikos Olivia, which has recently been renovated. We enjoyed everything – as always, the service was excellent, with great attention to guests and their wishes. Special thanks to Ms. Kilina, Mr. Mangkasarov, Christos, Konstantina, Apostolos, Fortini, Maria, and Alex for making our stay even more unforgettable

We were extremely happy with our stay at Ikos Olivia. It’s a perfect family resort – not too big, not too small – with just the right balance of facilities for children while never feeling crowded. The food was fantastic, and we especially enjoyed the buffet as the quality was on par with the à la carte restaurants. We stayed in a Deluxe room and really appreciated the excellent dedicated digital concierge service via WhatsApp. The team were all very helpful, so it’s hard to single anyone out. The chefs were also very supportive in accommodating our child’s dietary requirements, which made a big difference. This has clearly been one of our best, if not the best, holidays. We will definitely be coming back.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt truly pampered. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. It was true luxury. There were plenty of sun beds around the pools with fresh towels. The waiters were always attentive. The food was of very high quality, varied & delicious. The Dine Out option was delightful. The suites were serviced twice daily. We thoroughly recommend Ikos resorts & will return.

This was our sixth visit to the Ikos Olivia, we feel very much at home here. We have also enjoyed the Dassia and the Oceania. The weather was wonderful, about 27C every day. (First week in September). We were very impressed with the new Garden Restaurant (Adult only for breakfast). Nice location and an excellent menu. A couple of the staff serving were Vasiliki and Dorina. They looked after us very well. We also did the wine tasting at the Garden, 6 of us. A young man called Makis delivered an enjoyable selection of wines and snacks. He said they have 150 wines on site which is amazing. At the main bar I saw the beer menu which had over 30 different beers from around the world. We ate at all the other restaurants during the week and they were all brilliant. So many varied menus and lots of fine wines. On my special birthday (70), we had dinner at Provence. Mariel and Natalia looked after us with treats and a birthday cake. Ouzo was visited several times as its setting overlooking the beach is lovely. We were looked after most days by Alex who was very attentive and gave excellent customer service. Each day we based ourselves around the adult pool in front of Provence. The staff serving us were again excellent, especially Amanda, Paschalis and Christos. We never had to wait long for a drink all week. We didn’t use the dine out option on this visit or take the Tesla out. The hotel has undergone a refurbishment since our last visit in May 2023. The whole complex exudes a sense of calm, is spotlessly clean throughout and the gardens looked beautiful. Prior to our visit, the guest relations team helped us with our restaurant reservations and we would particularly like to thank Niki Aza (Guest Relations Manager) for her attentiveness prior to and throughout our stay. It was lovely to meet her in person. This was an excellent trip and the perfect place to celebrate by birthday. Thank you to the entire Ikos staff, and we hope to return in 2026.

Year 8 of our trips to Ikos Olivia. Yet again another amazing experience, brilliant location, stunning room and delicious food. We were treated like family, nothing was too much trouble and the colleagues provided excellent service. We are already getting quotes for next year
