Yes, it is an excellent hotel and probably the most advanced in Palolem, but the hotel has a lot to improve, the wireless internet is very weak, the beds and pillows are really uncomfortable, the price of the food and massage in the hotel is more than twice as much as outside, the massage prices do not include taxes and this is not great, the kettle in the room did not work, And there was a smell of sewage from the bathroom, other than that it was good. I wouldn't complain about any of this if the room price wasn't nearly $100 a night.

State lontani da questo hotel! Le foto non corrispondono al vero e il personale è estremamente scortese. Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere per 3 notti in questa struttura “4 stelle” e l’esperienza è stata PESSIMA: camere completamente sporche, muffa ovunque, lenzuola usate, bagno al limite della decenza. Siamo stati costretti a pernottare 1 notte ed il giorno successivo abbiamo abbandonato la struttura, alla richiesta di un rimborso delle 2 notti restanti la struttura ci ha detto che non era possibile. DISONESTI Purtroppo non si può mettere 0 su 5

BVB Classics 84 Engineering Graduates held a yearly alumni meet this year at Sobit Sarovar Portico Palolem Canacona Goa for two days from September 14-16 2024. The meet was attended by 72 friends all male. The resort has very good rooms best food and a big hall for functions. The resort staff are very friendly and cordial and provided very best services due to which all the friends appreciated the organisers for selecting the resort for the alumni meet

We stayed in Sobit Sarovar for 4 nights, and our stay was amazing. The staff were extremely hospitable and courteous, the food was delicious and the rooms and overall hospitality was top notch. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the hotel. All the staff members whether at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, security all were super courteous. Food was great. Would love to visit again.

The Spa at Hotel Sarovar Portico is super good, Ask for Shikha; she was amazing :) Nupa (the manager) was very friendly and I had a wonderful chat with her as well. They also give green tea afterwards which was new, all in all a wonderful spa experience :)))

Had a great time the hotel wonderful hospitality and service provided definitely recommend staying at the this hotel and the spa treatment was outstanding do try it when you check in to the hotel. Definitely worth the price to stay at the hotel

Had initially made the booking through goibibo but there were payment issues on the app. At the time of booking it was a very smooth experience. Mr Pradeep from front desk was very professional and helpful in giving the same rate . At the time of check in again it was a very pleasant and smooth experience. We were very happy with the entire experience at the hotel. All their staff are polite, courteous and professional. We would definitely want to take the 2 hour drive from the airport and still come back to this hotel next time for sure. Highly recommended

Excellent service, the staff is very caring and polite. The quality of food is great. Overall great stay, awesome hotel. The hotel is near to the beach, and the market is very approachable. The hotel is very clean, the swimming pool facility is great.
