Wonderful place to stay. We were made so welcome by Gul and her staff. We checked in for 4 nights and stayed 2 weeks. Great location, very relaxing, highly recommend. Loved the garden and chats with the crew. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

We stayed on their roadside property for a few days in jan 2024. very clean. in fact astonishingly clean. The rooms are pretty not very grand but it is very clean. close to the beach and the main market it makes a comfortable stay.

There are boats directly in front and all ***** beach Cows and bulls. O Ming up and down leaving a smelly mess It’s basic place No where sun bath as beds are often in shade so you have to go right down beach it’s noisy weird noises coming from back of hut No where hang clothes It’s a nice idea other wise but dirty beach some nice shacks tho

The studio room is directly at the beach front, but it has some privacy due to a fence and private little terrace and sunbeds. It is in the northern part of Palolem, close to good seafood restaurants and bars ***** the beach, but remote enough not to be bothered by the noise. The bed is comfortable and the room has many lights. Warm water and good shower. Rupesh, the caretaker is very supportive and helpful. He is around several times a day and always available on WhatsApp. A very kind person. The beach is wonderful, warm water. You can also attend Yoga classes with Ruban very close by,

Very comfortable and clean room. Very beautiful design and good taste. The personnel staff has been very nice and helpful to us. We felt like home. Also a peacefull view from the balcony into the yard.
