Sea View Resort

Clean friendly stayed for 9 days. Stone throw from the beach.went to the Zest restaurant for breakfast every day beautiful food. Swimming pool lovely. The only down size is that the shower was weak. And the the sink taps were lose. But would definitely go back.

Beautiful stay at sea view resort the staff were amazing they organise trips for you if you want to go, they couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant does amazing food and very well priced. Great location near the beach and the pool was well received as it was hot. Rooms very spacious and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at sea view, the room is basic, but to have a pool was lovely. The restaurant staff are especially friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying for holiday one or 2 weeks, the price is unfortunately high if you want to stay longer term.

Sea View Resort is a well-maintained family-run resort. Well-kept public areas, very clean rooms, here they don't cheat by changing bed linen when the room changes guests! Have stayed in different rooms from the finest suite to the deluxe and simpler rooms on several occasions, all equally well-kept, nicely decorated and pleasant to stay in. The family and staff care about and take care of their guests. Large, spacious, well-kept pool, a luxury in the heat, next to a garden, flowers, beautiful mango trees and coconut palms, there is also a pleasant restaurant. From Sea View Resort it is a few minutes' walk to Patnem Beach! I would love to return to Sea View Resort!

Absolutely filthy dirty and scruffy. Photos of rooms shown online are not a true reflection by a long shot. Booked deluxe rooms each for 4 nights. Arrived about midnight and shown to our rooms in the annexe above the restaurant. It was just horrendous. Tried to go back to reception to say we can't stay there but everything was locked up and nobody around except for their dogs who went crazy. No wifi to try and find somewhere so had no choice but to wait until morning. TV didn't work either and no way was I even going to open my suitcase there to get shower bag out let alone use the filthy bathroom. The hotel dogs were barking literally all night. 7am I heard people about so went with suitcase to reception to check out. Owner 'Edward' was so rude and proceeded to tell me he didn't care what I thought and I would have to pay a cancellation fee. We agreed on £150 including the airport taxi of £25 eventually as I just wanted to leave as he was quite intimidating. By the time I got back with the cash as that's what he insisted on, he said now its £175. I had no choice but to pay it. During this time I also got set on and scratched by one of their aggressive dogs from the night before. I later witnessed another lady being set on by the dogs but she was bitten too. I was having coffee in the onsite restaurant while I considered next move (by the way the restaurant is franchised and not run by the same people and the service is far superior there so please disassociate the two businesses) when I recognised someone I knew from home. He took us a few yards up the road to Eve Resort who were amazing in booking us in and looking after us for the remainder of our holiday. It was so clean and friendly and we were so relieved to have been taken there.

Very good Hotel with nice pool and excellent Restaurant. Meals were just great. Enjoyed to relax at pool area. Had a large, quiet and clean room with TV, fan and aircondition to the backyard with spacious balcony and bathroom. Approximately 4 minute walk to the beautiful beach.
