Good room cleaning and environment in the room is also good. The beach is also there near walking distance ~10 min.

We stayed 2nights in this hotel, very much satisfied. Room and the bathroom was very clean, most important thing palolem beach is very closed to the hotel, only 3 to 4 min walking distance. Hotel's stuff behaviour is very good. I must recommend this hotel to everyone. Must visit and enjoy.

Room and ambiance was good. Delivered as promised. Problem with service. No sope or towel received otherwise i would have rated 5. However after checkout staff also help us to keep luggage till we romeo around so overall it was a good experience.

The room is big and the beds are very comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby. Palelom beach is very near

Actually property is good as per price and it's very near to beach of palelom but they don't have enough staff to handle guests even the number is not reachable so we can't easily conversation with anybody.

It was a horrible exp. Photos are different anf actually its pissed up. I got in goa at 8 am and went to hotel at 9. 30 am. Till 4. 30 pm i was out on road but they didnt solve the problem.

The experience was not so pleasant. I went to south goa for 3 nights. They couldn't provide us with the tv. The fridge was also not there. Later on our request, they arranged the fridge, but water was continuously leaking. And slowly, the floor filled with water. Water was leaking from commode flush as well. They told they will change our room but ultimately none of them showed up after that. Only one lady was there who used to do the cleaning. In short it was very poor experience
