Excellent, more than what i expected, friendly staff, they makes you feel at home, we enjoyed our stay

The rooms are breath taking, the view out of this would, room service on point. Waiter were courteous made sure our glasses were always full, everything was excellent will definitely be going back very soon enjoyed my stay Will definitely recommend this place for anyone who want to be blown out of there would.

Top class service right from the time you arrive at the gate to when you depart. The servers at the restaurant are equally pleasant and attentive. The rooms are top-class and tastefully decorated. It was a truly amazing experience and it's a pity it was a one-night stay.

The bed are as soft as the clouds, u wouldn't wana get up from the bed. The breakfast is supper great the place is beautiful u wouldn't wana be anywhere except here, place to relax ur mind and thought. Not to mention there wow come experience the best.

My mother-in-law was involved in an accident, so we drove urgently from Johannesburg to Polokwane. We began searching for accommodation around 11:03 PM. After calling the hotel, I was assured that a room had been reserved for my wife and me. Upon our arrival after we left the hospital past midnight, we requested a late check-out. The receptionist was incredibly kind and made those arrangements, which made our stay a breeze without the worry of an early morning check-out. We rested well and received a wake-up call at 9:00 AM reminding us of our breakfast, which we ordered to the room. After our breakfast, we managed another 2 hours of sleep before preparing for check-out. This allowed us a good rest for the drive back to Johannesburg.

Exsquite hotel, a slice of paradise. I assure you. You love the rooms it’s great and cosy, yet sophisticated. Words can not express. You just have to be there to experience the place in great depth. The food is to die… go and experience for yourself only good things.

Hosted our mothers 70th Birthday. The venue was setup and ready before time without any delays. Food was excellent. Staff was professional and communication was continuous.

The Hotel is located close enough to N1 which was good for us as we were coming from Pretoria. Excellent service received starting from the security at the gate to the porter, receptionist, waiters down to the cleaners we met in the passage. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. Same with the bathroom, very big, clean and nicely designed.
