Son Sant Jordi

Son Sant Jordi was such a find! I arrived a hot, sweaty mess but had a lovely welcome & was told I could upgrade for a small fee to a garden view room. I’ve no idea what my room would have been like, but I know that the room i had was amazing! I’m so glad I made the choice I did & will always request this room in the future! The pool area is lovely, lots of loungers & chairs to relax in. Plus you can get drinks there to really bring on the chill. Pollenca is the most gorgeous town, I absolutely loved it. Plus, it’s super easy to get to the port & beaches on the bus. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

We stayed here for 12 days and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Originally we were in a beautiful room overlooking the garden. A fabulous view. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows so comfortable. Unfortunately the air-condition stopped working and we were immediately upgraded to an apartment across the road. We didn't have our garden room, we had a view of the square where their is a restaurant and a school entrance and church. You would think it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I loved hearing the chatter of the children going in and out of school. Anna could not do enough for everyone, she always asked if everything was alright and did we need anything. Her staff are all very friendly and really make your stay very pleasant. The garden is very pretty and the pool a great size to be able to swim.. There is plenty of places to sit and lounge both in the sunshine and in the shade. Sitting in the garden for breakfast everyday was so special. The breakfast itself is well thought out, plenty of choices. Something for everyone's taste buds and plenty of it. Pollenca itself is very special place. We will definitely book to stay in Son Sant Jordi again and would highly recommend it to you. A big thank you to Anna and all her team for looking after us so well.

My wife and I visited Son Sant Jordi for 10 nights ending today, 18th April. We booked our room only a few days before visiting and intended to cycle and relax in equal measure, taking in the many delights of Pollenca itself. The family owned and run hotel is lovely, relaxed, very friendly and, well, it is just like living in somebody's home. We were made to feel very welcome by everybody and we cannot praise all the staff enough for their considerate, friendly and keen approach to ensuring we had everything that we needed. We loved how everybody seemed to smile so much. We arrived probably at the very beginning of the main tourist season for Mallorca itself as the hotel was still gearing up for the coming season. We made a small suggestion on the breakfasts to maybe help them run more smoothly for guests coming down at differing times. To the hotel owner's absolute credit, these ideas were fully taken on board literally the following day and we honestly feel this demonstrates beyond all doubt how caring the family are towards their guests. Full marks, and thank you so much! The breakfast was lovely. We will definitely come back, probably later in 2025 and beyond. The hotel, location, staff and places to eat in Pollenca were excellent. We also recommend an early morning walk up Puig de Maria for fabulous views, peace and tranquility. It's steep, mind you! Finally, as expected, it's a great base for cycling too, especially for small groups or couples, with good and secure bike storage facilities next door. Highly recommended. PS you must go to meet Petra the parrot, usually either in the back garden or near reception. She will happily chat to you - yes, really. Amazing, and funny too.

Charming hotel centrally located in the historic town of Pollenca. Family run guesthouse. It felt more like staying at someone’s home rather than a hotel. Our room was modern, large and comfortable. Nice breakfast included. Beware that the streets in Pollenca are very narrow and it was very challenging trying to drive right up to the hotel to drop off our luggage. There is also no parking right at the hotel. There is a free public lot about a 10 minute walk away and if possible, I would just park there and walk to the hotel.

A lovely hotel with great atmosphere and very helpful staff. A great place to stay to explore from too. Smashing breakfast and a lovely setting to start the day!

There are far more positives than negatives and some of the negative reviews don’t take into account what a gem this place is. Staff, fantastic! Hard working all day, never unpleasant happy to answer questions. Breakfast, homemade preserves from their own produce plenty of healthy and unhealthy options. Lavazza coffee, great. Room, spacious, two separate bedrooms, a not too badly sized-fridge. Dionis Benassar prints, always a good thing. A microwave and tv, neither used. Bathroom, clean with plenty of room and a functional bath and decent shower. Two minor issues, Toilet…..does not accept paper, which is awkward. A printed sheet with various protocols would be helpful as it would stop guests constantly asking. Garden and pool simply lovely a little oasis in the heart of beautiful Pollença. Thank you for a lovely two night stay! We will return!!
