Le camere sono grandi, il personale è bellissimo e molto familiare con la zona.Il ristorante è eccellente. Gli americani (e gli europei, presumo) potrebbero amarlo ancora più, perché Spicers mi adatta perfettamente l'immagine e la speranza per il paese australiano del vino, proprio verso gli altri ospiti, essendo persone di Sydney piuttosto che di una gita internazionale ...posso vedere i tramonti dalla nostra stanza che sembravano essere da un set di film. Ci sono canguro che saltano intorno alla proprietà, specialmente al mattino quando noi americani a volo in ritardo sono già ampiamente svegli. Rispetto a posti di qualità comparabili nella valle di Napa, i prezzi sono stati molto equi. E faranno un sacchetto di lavanderia per $30, rendendo molto più facile imballare la luce durante il vostro lungo viaggio!

La seconda volta sono venuto in questo hotel, molto comodo e amichevole per il personale di servizio!Anche se il campo da golf in inverno, il prato è ancora ben mantenuto, si possono vedere molti piccoli canguru.

We had a son's wedding there and we stayed for 2 nights. I would like to congratulate all the staff at Spicers for their exceptional customer service, they were friendly, helpful, always had a smile and nothing was a problem all the time around the whole weekend, not just on the wedding day. a few special mentions to Rachel especially she not only worked during the whole wedding but also the next day at our recovery breakfast & everything was run very efficiently which made our day. Also, Maisie, Abbie in restaurant and all the restaurant & kitchen/bar staff & Phillip (at the front desk). The house keeping staff who were great especially near room 28 my son's room where we were having photos before the wedding ceremony, Not only were all staff fantastic with my family but all of our guests (120 guests a the wedding) and approx 60 staying at the hotel could not speak highly enough of all the staff who were very accommodating. A memorable moment was Phillip at the front desk was always so friendly & helpful. But he also remembered us always when we crossed paths and advising other staff members that we were the groom's parents. Which was lovely, thank you Everyone was amazing, I have no complaints or other feedback to improve as the quality of employees you currently have is impeccable.

Il posto migliore per rilassarsi con la famiglia, belle viste molte attività per i bambini e sì, i ristoranti cibo era sorprendente. Certamente vorrei tornare indietro.

This is our second time here and we really enjoyed our stay. We got a great deal through Qantas Luxury stays which included breakfast, high tea, room upgrade, $100 credit, VIP wine tasting at First Creek and two drinks each at the bar. Our room had a beautiful outlook over the hillside and the bed was very comfortable (to be picky the pillows are quite soft). The breakfast has everything you need including made to order eggs. They have a coffee machine that makes good coffee or you can pay extra for barista made ones. We ate at the bar one night which had woodfire pizza and your typical bar snacks. The service all round was great and the high tea was very lovely - so much food we took some home. I would definitely stay here again - close to some great wineries, easy parking and lovely view. The lobby is so lovely to sit in and relax. Highly recommend this place for a romantic getaway or with kids.

Great close location to all vineyards and entertainment. Unit was clean and had everything required. Secluded little getaway in a peaceful and the serenity was unbelievable considering the amount of units. Would not use the cafe again as our breakfast was cold and very bland.

Such a great affordable place to stay breakfast included in the three days we stayed very yummy Staff fantastic close to all wineries and the Gardens highly recommended you won’t be sorry. I hope yo be returning this year.
