Absolute gem of the Hunter Valley. One of the best places I have ever stayed not only because of its stunning scenic location, but the professional team and exceptionally kept facilities. Would highly recommend.

The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable. However, there are also area of improvements such as during checkout, in terms of cleanliness, there are dusty room and vacuum cleaning is required ! I see stain on Bath robes. Air conditioning is required some improvement and hot and cold at night time. Thank you !

酒店真係好靚，今次同小朋友去住，佢仲開埋張梳化床俾小朋友瞓，空間都夠大，夠開兩件大行李。浴室用品都好香好鍾意。酒店個景真係好靚，清晨嘅時候山谷會有塵霧，會見到有人玩熱氣球。太陽出嚟嘅時候，薄霧就會消散，個風景又會有啲唔同。職員好有線，朝早喺coffee shop買咖啡都好平， $5一杯。每日早上出露台，一路飲咖啡一路食早餐，一路望住個景，聽住啲雀仔唱歌，真係好寫意。

酒店比較老了，但是環境很不錯。可以喂火雞和豬。隔壁房間住的兩對外國長者在陽台上邊用餐邊看日落，説可以一起等袋鼠。缺點是服務人員短缺，用餐的地方基本沒有服務員。

這次衹住了一晚，前台也很熱情，房間可以伸開沙發床給孩子睡，後面還有個小籃球場，可以借他們籃球陪孩子玩，總體來説家人們都很開心，下次有機會再去。

前台服務員提前讓我們入住，又給我們免費升級了房間，值得稱讚，希望下次再入住該酒店

非常滿意，環境不錯

前台沒有任何行李服務，房間電話壞的，早餐一般般。泳池非常的亂且水臟。

整體來說滿意，房間夠大，洗手間、沐浴間較為寒冷，設施也不錯。餐廳膳食瑟選擇也多，露台外環境舒適、心曠神怡。

酒店的花園很美，還在門前的草坪上遇到了袋鼠。房間內比想象中新很多，應該是近幾年內翻新過。早餐算是澳洲酒店裡比較好吃的了，有機會再來獵人谷還會選擇這裏
