Wowwwwwwweeee. When I say I wish I got married here, I mean it. Such a stunning venue - where all your guests can stay at the same place. On arrival the reception was so warm and gave us a tour of the venue. All round 10/10 from us!!! We were lucky enough to experience lunch first at éRemo Restaurant- we had the arancini, lamb cutlets and lamb Ragu absolutely delicious and that filled us up all afternoon. Then we had the Avido dinner menu at éRemo Restaurant. An absolute must. We were so full we had dessert delivered to our room. What a treat. Really enjoyed our little family holiday stay here, warm enough for a swim in the afternoon and a stroll around the property spotting the kangaroo sculptures. Our little one loved it

Check your room - this one no where near worth $500 a night. Ground floor is actually on hill so half way underground if your room is at the back of the guesthouse as ours was. Dark and cold, poorly furnished. Miserable. The area and buildings and common areas were lovely. Such a shame to advertise this room as deluxe and charge $500.

Absolutely beautiful property! We were welcomed with such great service and it was lovely to have a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates in the room for our honeymoon. All facilities were lovely and clearly every space had been considered. It was the little details that made the property next level, like water in the coffee machine already. The hot tub was great, the bar menu food was great and reasonable, and the breakfast was fabulous. Would absolutely recommend. We even had cookies when we checked out!

We had a son's wedding there and we stayed for 2 nights. I would like to congratulate all the staff at Spicers for their exceptional customer service, they were friendly, helpful, always had a smile and nothing was a problem all the time around the whole weekend, not just on the wedding day. a few special mentions to Rachel especially she not only worked during the whole wedding but also the next day at our recovery breakfast & everything was run very efficiently which made our day. Also, Maisie, Abbie in restaurant and all the restaurant & kitchen/bar staff & Phillip (at the front desk). The house keeping staff who were great especially near room 28 my son's room where we were having photos before the wedding ceremony, Not only were all staff fantastic with my family but all of our guests (120 guests a the wedding) and approx 60 staying at the hotel could not speak highly enough of all the staff who were very accommodating. A memorable moment was Phillip at the front desk was always so friendly & helpful. But he also remembered us always when we crossed paths and advising other staff members that we were the groom's parents. Which was lovely, thank you Everyone was amazing, I have no complaints or other feedback to improve as the quality of employees you currently have is impeccable.

Bit of gamble on our part, as we had very little knowledge of this area while visiting Australia. The gamble paid off big time, what a beautiful tranquil place to stay and chill out for a few days while on tour. Check was fine, Room as was described. Check out was fine. Nice bar area and outside space with a fire pit or just chill out on the patio area of our room. There are fair few resorts in this area, so plenty to chose from. Glad we picked this resort and had a great relaxing few days.

Absolutely horrible service and communication. Do not use Brendo’s tours, complete waste of money. Spicers have completely ignoring all of my emails regarding this matter. Absolutely horrible, my partner and I have never received such horrible service. We stayed at Spicers for our anniversary and if we had known the experience would be so terrible we would’ve stayed elsewhere.
