Una calvatrice! Dopo 3 ore di strada, avevamo solo un desiderio, posare, mettere i bambini a letto e accendere la TV ... avevamo prenotato una camera familiare via prenotazione, camera bambini in mezzanina, super simpatica sulle foto, recensioni di prenotazione favorevoli di un primo premio ... Arrivo in posizione , 21h, nessuno a accoglienza , un vigile non molto amabile , che vi lascia aspettare fuori nel freddo con i bambini indicando che è necessario fare la coda per accedere allo schermo di prenotazione , Una possibilita' per noi, un solo coppia paziente prima di noi, Quando il nostro numero di resa, impossibile trovarci, o un interfono vicino ci ha collegato con un signore molto gentile che ci ha trasmesso il nostro numero di camera così come il codice della porta . Arrivo nella stanza : aspirapolvere chiaramente non passato , moquette sporche , nessun letto bambino nonostante la mia richiesta alla risa ( nostro figlio di 17 mesi a dormire tra noi , non potevamo lasciarlo dormire su un letto in altezza su una mezzanina con una barriera che non si fermava ! ) In altre parole, abbiamo comunque potuto lavare i bambini nel bagno sabot, che si dice passando , ci ha fatto ridere 😅, abbiamo cercato di accendere la televisione : più segnale !! Non è stata collegata all'antenna! Diverse tentativi di ”giocare ” con il cavo d'antenna .. ma niente! Così piu' niente TV! Non grave, si dice che si sarebbe collegato il telefono ma .... Impossibile! Chewing-gum collo nella presa! Cf foto Per informazioni camera 52, divieto! Questa mattina, nonostante una notte non è in cima, ci siamo detto che un piccolo dej prima della nostra fuga parigiana sarebbe simpatico ... Ma la sala d'accoglienza si immerge nel nero alle 7:30.... Ah non apre che alle 7:30 il sabato ..... bene... grazie a !!! L'esperienza non ripete mai! Noi non consigliamo molto questo hotel Bb!

We booked for a short stay as we stopped on our way to Italy and I must say I was very happy with the choice. Room was very modern, very clean and spacious. Bathroom same. Very modern charging and light features. Staff was very nice and helpful. And also we enjoyed the food. Location is very good. So close to Versailles Palace and also not to far away from Paris. Very quiet and nice area. If we are ever back, definitely we will book again. Thank you!

My husband & I travel often for work and I have never seen a WORSE place than this hotel. It used to be Oliviarus but is clearly under new management & staff. The new owner has shut off all the air conditioners so in the summer time the lobby & rooms feel like saunas. They clean the rooms ONLY on Tuesdays & we had to beg the staff for toilet paper. My husband asked for soap for the first time after 5 days and he was shouted at for 4 minutes straight by the cleaning crew! They only gave us 1 key card even though we were 2 ppl. They charge you 10Euros for the 2nd card because all they care about is making money. The first night I was there I was yelled at by STEPHAN for daring to object to this. The 3rd night I was there I was yelled at him again to daring to ask for help at the reception desk. On the 4th night I was there I tripped on one of their cheap rugs and ripped my big toe open on a piece of glass. Nobody asked if I was okay. They did not even have any bandaids. They actually tried blaming it on me. They did not comp anything - did not even help with my hospital bill. The other guy there actually made ****** comments towards my friend - saying that “Iranians just like to talk and talk.” When I tried to find out Stephan’s name he refused to tell me and actually asked me to leave. The other staff told me the next day that they were not authorized to tell anyone his name. The staff, the owner and this entire hotel needs to be shut down. Please do not go here. You will only regret it.

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. Questo hotel è grande. Il personale era caldo e accogliente e utile con la mia scarsa capacità di parlare francese. La posizione è grande, vicino alla stazione di metro della linea M che va a quasi tutti i siti turistici. Visto la torre Eiffel e il trionfo dell'Arco, c'è un centro commerciale vicino a quello che puoi prendere qualcosa da mangiare. Le camere sono grandi come le bagni. Letti molto confortevoli e puliti. L'hotel è decorato con gusto e non posso dire abbastanza di quanto il personale sia stato utile. L'unico punto di svolta è stato tutto nella zona, tranne il centro commerciale è chiuso domenica e lunedì, compreso il ristorante all'hotel. Ma hanno ancora riuscito a farmi un drink quando ne avevo bisogno, e molto rapidamente, mi hanno chiamato anche al mio cellulare e mi hanno consigliato di chiudere, l'unica domanda era che non avevo una carta SIM per l'Europa, quindi non ho ricevuto il messaggio finché non sono tornato a casa. Ci sono riusciti.Non esitavamo a restare di nuovo qui.Torneremo, ma martedì.Ho trovato tutti che siamo venuti a contatto con Parigi meraviglioso.Sono caldi, amichevoli, gentili e accoglienti con il nostro povero francese. Mi rivolgerò alle mie competenze linguistiche e tornerò presto.Vedrò Julie al divano frontale, non posso pensare a nessuno più bello da salutare.

L'hotel è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Versailles Rive Gauche. Abbiamo arrivato prima del check-in alle 3:00, ma siamo riusciti a lasciare il nostro bagaglio mentre andavamo a pranzo molto bello. Siamo stati nella camera 41 al secondo piano - la camera era ben decorata e di dimensioni ragionevoli, con un letto grande e confortevole, te' e caffè gratuito. Nel lobby ci sono stati anche pascoli che potevamo aiutarci, che erano un toccante, non c’era con d’aria nella stanza, ma c’erano due grandi fan e potevamo aprire la finestra che aiutava un po’ mentre era caldo durante la nostra visita. La prossima strada (Rue de Satory) era una buona scelta di ristoranti e un paio di bar. Ci siamo fermati una notte di domenica, che ha significato che alcuni posti erano chiusi, ma non avevamo problemi a prendere un pasto e un po' di bevande.

Per visitare Versailles scegliamo questo Relais & Chateaux a pochi minuti di macchina, immerso nel verde del Parco di Saint Cloud, dove abbiamo trascorso 2 notti. Accoglienza ottima da parte del personale di Reception, garage gratuito, Junior Suite con ampio terrazzo attrezzato, tranquillo, e rilassante vista sul parco. Piccolo omaggio dolce come soci R&C, in bagno oltre alle solite toiletries c’erano anche peeling, creme e maschere, un'attenzione in più. Peccato il personale a colazione, svogliato e disinteressato, decisamente non in linea con il resto dello staff. Una mattina una cliente ha dovuto entrare in cucina per chiamare gli addetti perchè erano spariti e non c’era nessuno in sala…malissimo. Anche noi abbiamo avuto un paio di spiacevoli episodi con loro, piccole cose che però non devono succedere e delle quali abbiamo parlato con la Responsabile della Reception. Il buffet per colazione discreto, anche con qualcosa di tipicamente francese (il clafoutis per esempio) benché spiccatamente sbilanciato sul dolce. Bella terrazza che sembrava in uso per la colazione (come dettoci al check-in) ma che invece non lo era, spiegazione del motivo non pervenuta (non pioveva, non faceva freddo…c’erano tutte le condizioni per fare colazione fuori ma la risposta alla nostra richiesta è stata un laconico “no”). Turn down ben eseguito con acqua, biscotti e tisane. Un piacevole indirizzo, peccato davvero per il pessimo staff della colazione, ma bene tutto il resto, quindi giudizio positivo.

Wir hatten in den vergangenen vier Tagen in diesem Hotel gewohnt. Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit dem Personal an der Rezeption, denn es war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem uns zugeteilten Zimmer waren wir im Großen und Ganzen auch zufrieden, allerdings war dieses ziemlich klein für uns, weil wir mit unserer 6-jährigen Tochter angereist waren und nach dem Aufblasen ihres Luftbettes blieb im Zimmer so gut wie kein Platz mehr. Der Tisch war sehr klein und es gab nur einen Stuhl dort. Der Bereich der kleinen Küche war bezüglich des Herdes abgeschlossen. Es gab auch so gut wie keinen Geschirr. Dies haben wir uns aufgrund der Hotelfotos anders vorgestellt. So blieb uns von der Küche quasi nur der Kühlschrank. Nicht besonders gut fanden wir auch, dass trotz unserer Erinnerung an der Rezeption es fast durchgehend vergessen wurde, für unsere Tochter Handtücher zu hinterlassen. Das Badezimmer war nicht besonders groß, aber gut ausgestattet. Der sehr große Minuspunkt war für uns der Umstand, dass ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthalts die U-Bahn-Verbindung mit Paris nicht funktionierte, weil für mehrere Tage Schienenersatzverkehr eingerichtet wurde. So wurde aus einer Entfernung zu Paris Stadtmitte anstatt ca 30 Minuten ca 60 Minuten, dazu auch noch 2 bis 3 Mal umsteigen. Dafür kann das Hotel zwar nichts, aber wenn man nicht einplant, nach Paris ständig mit eigenem Auto zu fahren, muss man diesen Punkt bei seiner Reiseplanung im Voraus berücksichtigen. Summa summarum: Wenn man kein Problem damit hat, für Fahrten nach Paris ggf 60 Minuten einzuplanen, ist dies im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes und empfehlenswertes Hotel.
